Two night stay I picked the hotel because of its proximity to the airport. There was good shuttle service, but it was a bit of a long wait on a Tuesday night. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard Hampton—Wawa is close by if needed, as well as for food, etc. The staff was helpful, and the property was quiet. There is an HGI next door. A stand-up shower was nice to have.

Poor Custoner Service When I arrived to the hotel and checked it was okay. Then I went to my room and there were dead bugs in my room. I advised the front desk and there was nothing done. I have towait for 48 hours to get an acknowledgement to offer to clean or move me. The Manger did not call or acknowledge my concern. I even have pictures. Aaron was great, but Tiffany or management made no effort to help. Also, I booked my stay online, and I paid for the room and add an additional $13.96 to my bill. They have you sign a document trying to get you to acknowledge you agree to the rates, but the have no way to show you the additional spec Tiffany. I asked again, they said it for parking. When I checked it was parking on my bill. I called Hilton twice and the Manger was not available. This poor customer service and bad billing practices.

Clean, close to the airport ... Trip Advisor misadvises about parking while guest The Hampton Inn at the Richmond Airport is clean and a convenient 10 minutes away from the terminal. Rooms and the breakfast are typical for the brand. The exercise room had limited working equipment (when I stayed in November 2023). The front desk clerk, Aaron, was particularly helpful. One thing on Trip Advisor that is inaccurate is that parking was not free while you're a guest. You are charged $5 to park WHILE YOU ARE A GUEST -- I found that on their website after I was charged.) You can leave your car, however, in a well lit lot if you need long term parking at that same rate of $5 per day and there is a free shuttle service to and from the airport. That service was very reliable when I used it. Overall, it's a clean bed for the night with a helpful front desk.

Great place to stay when you need a place near the Richmond airport We had a really good experience from the convenient shuttle service to the hotel staff. The hotel is clean and the room comfortable. The breakfast was presented nicely and was decent for hotel breakfasts. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Felt homey. I stayed for 12 days The staff was friendly and helpful. Request and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. However, pool was cold. No staff had access to the pool thermostat which was inside the manager’s office (manager was off).
