Great place Was there with family for baseball tournament. Location was great, close to everything. Staff was extremely helpful!!

Worst Stay Ever I would barely consider this a hotel. The room looked nice but don’t be fooled. The king size bed sloped to the center and was uncomfortable. The toilet didn’t flush well the first night and when the front desk was notified the woman at the desk handed me a plunger. I was mortified. The internet kept cutting out and the breakfast area was tiny with really no room for families to eat comfortably. There was not adequate parking either. As a platinum member I will never stay there again. I only chose to stay there because of my membership, but the fact that the booking was non refundable forced us to stay the entire time booked.

Close and convenient to Cedar Point This Best Western is close to shopping and many restaurants, and only about 15 minutes from Cedar Point. We had a room with four double beds, and although it would have been nice to have two bathrooms, the room was spacious and clean. Hard to beat the value. Although the pool area and fitness center are in the basement, they were pretty nice as we used them both.

Very run down/dirty and terrible customer service Room was very run down. There was a sticky spot on the entertainment stand. Carpet was very worn out and had ripples in it - needed to be replaced years ago! The window was broke and would close led all the way. The coffee station did not have any coffee like maybe they didn’t finish stocking/cleaning the room. Worst of all, when I reported my complaints and concerns to the receptionist, she didn’t seem to care at all! She barely gave me eye contact, did not apologize and did not respond to my complaint. She just wrote something down and then charged me for the room. Not even a thank you.

Stinking & Disgusting I'm going to try to keep this as short as I can. It was a terrible experience. The 1st room we checked into (309) smelled of urine so we were moved. The 2nd room (107) seemed fine at first but once I went into the bathroom, I noticed what I can only imagine was feces was smeared on the wall beside the toilet. Toothpaste splatters were also all over the bottom of the mirror & wall above the sink - enough to suggest this bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned in some time. The breakfast wasn't good - eggs so rubbery we couldn't eat them for example. And my husband & stepson, who were going to use the pool, immediately returned to say it was only a small plunge pool or kiddie pool in the basement with water a green colour do off-putting, they didn't even attempt it. We were booked to stay a 2nd night during the week but cancelled our reservation & stayed elsewhere. We are platinum elite members who have stayed at enough BW properties to know this isn't up to the standards we have experienced before. We didn't feel valued or that our experience was taken seriously when checking out & explaining what happened. It's unfortunate but we will stay elsewhere if ever in the area again
