A VERY excellent stay! We just returned from a two-night stay at this hotel (Friday/Saturday night stay). We arrived to a very nice hotel grounds. Clean, quiet, inviting. We prepaid our stay through Southwest Rapid Rewards. Check in was swift. No waiting. We were given a room where we could park our car right in front of our room. Upon entering our room, it was cool and clean; and the beds were perfectly made. There was a nice TV with many viewing options; a microwave and a nice refrigerator with freezer. The vanity area was well lit, and the bathroom was spotless. The closet doors were full-size mirrors and plenty of room to hang clothes, stash suitcases and a shelf as well. The beds were roomy and we all remarked how comfortable they were! I have slight bursitits, and the beds were very comfortable to sleep on my side. The pillows were comfy too. There was also a Keurig coffee maker in the room. You can bring your own Keurig cups of your favorite coffee, however, there were two K-cups to start your day. We changed into our swimsuits after a 7 hour drive, and headed to the pool. The pool area was great. Plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas - enough shade. The pool was sparkling clean. It was a little tepid - could have been a bit cooler to feel refreshing, but we enjoyed it. The hot tub was in full working order, very clean, and just the right temperature to sooth your aching bones. Breakfast was great. With our meal tickets, we walked right up to the counter where we could choose from two hot breakfast options. I chose the scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and sausage. They were more than generous options. There was also a pancake option, and the next day waffle option. There were ceral selections with fresh milk. Yogurt cups. Muffins and cinnamon rolls. Assorted juices, and coffee. You could also opt for the complimentary coffee in the adjoining lobby where you could get cappuccino, mochaccino and espresso! There were plenty of tables to sit at and eat, or you could step outside and eat at a patio table - which is what we did. You can also get a tray to take breakfast back to your room. The place was quiet at night. We never heard any yelling, screaming, loud music, or really - anything! It was quiet. Overall this was a really good stay, and we were all happy with it.

Dull, drab and dark, with a few good points We stayed for one night after an unexpectedly difficult travel day. I’m allergic to pets and this was the only hotel within this price point in this area that didn’t accept pets. Check in was swift and efficient. The rooms are along outdoor corridors, and the lighting in the corridor areas and elevator areas were dim and shadowy. The room itself was also drab and dark and shabby, but thankfully clean. Bed was comfortable. Hot water and water pressure both very good. Loved the citrus scented bath products - a nice treat. Breakfast -let’s just say it’s included with the room price. I get having two hot choices rather than buffet - cuts down on waste. And again, the breakfast room staff were walking around cleaning and straightening. I am a decaf coffee drinker, and it wasn’t an appealing color and the taste was not great. Overall, for what we needed, it served a purpose.

Nice resting place Good ADA rooms at a fair price. Breakfast is included was not to our taste. Freeway close. You hear the planes from John Wayne Airport, but just barely.

You get what you pay for We had a 3 day meal voucher but only used it once because when we sat down to eat there was a semi-dead cockroach that was moving right next to our table. Then my sister went to go get a premade yogurt cup but there was mold in the yogurt… my sister then notified one of the cook employees about the mold so the employee got a “fresh” yogurt cup from the fridge but to my sisters surprise there was mold in that yogurt again. Food was bland and we didn’t eat breakfast with our vouchers again because of our first experience. The stay was okay, water wouldn’t properly drain at our hotel. AC was humid, Wi-Fi was slow. Room did not look as advertised.

Good deal for area Nice rooms, friendly staff, decent hot breakfast included, nice swimming pool (though hot tub seems to frequently not be working). Lots of families stay there for Disneyland so be sure to request top floor room if you don’t want kid noise above you but otherwise a quiet area. Lots of other hotels nearby but apparently Best Western is the only one that doesn’t charge for parking so probably the best deal.
