Hotel is a scam. This hotel touts itself as an airport hotel but charges at least 30.00 for an hour early check in! The room was already ready. Do NOT even consider this hotel. Check in they say is 4:00. Charged us extra 30.00 to check in at 2:30 even though room was ready and hotel was not full.

Nice hotel near airport The lady that checked us in was not welcoming or friendly. I would ask a question but she ignored me. Twice. Good thing the guy standing next to her cared and addressed my questions. If i rated my review on her only, i would never return to this hotel. But it got better after her. The room was very clean , inviting and comfortable. The breakfast was really good with lots of options including eggs and sausage. The breakfast ladies were super friendly and helpful and kept the area very clean.

Eileen Huerta Should Be Promoted due to excellent customer service What would of been a 3 star review due to the assistant manager not calling me back to switch my rooms when I complained about constant elevator noise during my 21 day stay was increased to a 5 star review due to Eileen at the front desk addressing and curing all my concerns when I went to the front desk after not getting called back by the manager. Eileen acted like a manager and addressed all my concerns that were not addressed the prior week by management. She put me in a nice room that was quiet and always has a smile and provided exceptional customer service.

Great attention! The location is great, the rooms are comfortable and very clean. The parking is included which is great. Breakfast is good. The front desk attention the best...specially Theresa and Nadia you girls rock.!!!! Thanks girls for your help and kindness.
