Fantastic place to stay My daughter just went to stay here alone for a couple of nights and her experience was great. I picked her up and the manager was friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable and I highly recommend it especially to families and solo travelers, the location is excellent for seeing the Boardwalk and downtown Santa Cruz

Very average motel Breakfast was pretty bad and it gets very noisy at night. Very pricy for what it is! I do not recommend for a good night of sleep _

Horrible This is the worst motel in Santa Cruz. The bedding is two sheets with a gross fleece blanket in between- with pieces missing and cigarette burns, and stains all over. Sketchy parking area, people living in the motel etc. Don't let thenpucs fool you. Room was dirty, front desk guy couldn't be reached for another blanket. We left and went across the street to the Marriott for $30 more the second night. Owner said we stayed the second night while we could see other people using our room, is what it is. We are not picky and have stayed at a lot of the small motels in Santa Cruz, go to the Beach Front Inn or Ocean Pacific Lodge, same price and location and far superior. To quote the owner-"bedding is stained, not dirty".

Fairly inexpensive...near the Boardwalk This is a fairly inexpensive hotel very close to the Boardwalk. The room had been upgraded. However, there wasn't a closet for clothing or an iron/ironing board. The upper level has a little patio to sit out on which is nice as it was just outside of our room. The stairs to the upper level are a little sloped and could use an update. The parking is a little tight. The inside of the room was fairly clean but the vinyl floor could have been mopped and underneath the beds hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. The outside of the hotel was very dirty. The pool maintenance person was pouring what looked to me like straight chlorine bleach into the pool. The staff were nice. I probably would pick somewhere else to stay next time.

Horrible over priced Absolutely horrible place, parking? If you’re lucky. Breakfast was a waffle, stale cereal, warm (room temp) milk..pool was nasty, nothing of this place resembles the pictures that they have posted. Don’t believe me read the reviews on yelp
