Not bad We were traveling through and had trouble finding a decent hotel. We found comfort inn had rooms available and even though it’s an older hotel, we were very comfortable. The best part was the breakfast! The worst part was that the pool was closed. I would definitely recommend it and hopefully the pool is open now!

Nice stay! Great stay, with exceptional staff. Room was clean and well taken care of. Location was fairly close to old downtown. Great breakfast and the lady in the kitchen was very caring. Would definitely stay here again. There are numerous restaurants and all the popular stores within 5 miles.

Lots of better options out there I booked the reservation online through Choice Hotels for a king-downstairs. Upon arrival, the desk woman was unfriendly & unhelpful. Contradictory to the confirmation I showed her, she claimed that we had booked a two-queen room & that the reason this was inaccurate was that I had booked online ? She stated that she had no such rooms & we were out of luck. When I questioned how this was inaccurate, she became nasty & raised her voice. After a big enough scene, she then gave us a handicap-accessible downstairs room with a king. I still fail to understand why I must raise a stink in order to get what I booked. Even after this, we found the building's layout to be almost comical. To stay on the first floor, one is required to either go downhill and around the back(where the guy was painting the handicap spots), then navigate back forward OR go in a side door, up a flight of stairs to a brief landing, then down another flight to the original level.

Excellent Stay Check-in was effortless and the room certainly met expectations. My wife requires an accessible room and the hotel's website only said, "Accessible" but gave no further details. We have burned on this limited description in the past at other hotels. However, this room was truly accessible. TV was a new Samsung and was easy to attach Firestick to and enable streaming. The hotel is located a couple of miles south of Santa Fe. It is located directly across the street from the Santa Fe Police Department which contributes to the feeling of safety in and around the hotel. Just north of the hotel, you'll find most of the national chain restaurants along with a few local ones. You'll also find Walmart, Target and Best Buy for any items you may need while traveling. I would recommend avoiding the Denny's after dark. It is near a homeless shelter and it seems quite of few of them like to come into the restaurant looking for handout. The shelter is located in the 2800 block of Cerrillos so I would look twice at making any reservations with other chains located up the road. We stayed here because the hotel was nearly $100 cheaper that hotels in Los Alamos, where we went to sightsee. It's about a 45 minute drive to Los Alamos but it is very scenic and goes by quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Break was the standard, waffle, egg omelets, bacon and sausage.

Very clean, but noisy room Very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was noisy - when next door room showered it sounded like it was right in our own room. Breakfast ok but they had orange drink and we prefer real juice. They also had the paper thin bacon that most hotels serve these days.
