Friendly place, well-maintained with central location The staff were friendly. The location is easy to and from anywhere, with great dining options nearby, like The Ranch House. The hotel breakfast is reasonable and tasty; service excellent. The rooms are the usual, and well maintained. The exterior is a bit off-putting, but be not deterred.

The Stone Age called said they wanted their yurt back! Back to the Stone Age with this place. Rooms were filthy so was the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was broken no jets and Luke warm. When I asked to be moved rooms I got the 5th degree about how I should be happy with the room I was already in. The staff with the exception of the breakfast staff were terrible. Alina the manager, sent the maintenance gestapo to my room to interrogate me. She also embarrassed me in front of my family and other guests by calling me a liar. Then she kept saying I was only talking to her about compensation when I never spoke one word of it. Maintenance also wrote me a nasty note and placed it on my car’s windshield. I lost $80 worth of food because refrigerator was inop. The people next door to me were tweekers and partied hardy all night to which I couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk to complain and to no surprise there was no answer. would I ever stay at this seedy joint again? Over my dead body! If you are planning to stay here think twice in fact RUN FAR FAR AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN there is a Hyatt about 5 min away that makes this place look like a rice patty hut in Vietnam.

Dirty and dated. Yikes. Dirty and dated. Obviously a smoked-in room. Reminds me of the 1970's. Just walk into the lobby and look up at the dead bugs in all of the giant lighting fixtures. That should tell you all you need to know. Wall paper torn up with stains. Carpet has visible stains. Lampshade has visible stains. Front desk person was nice but gave no information about the pool, breakfast, anything. Beds comfortable. Pillows seem to be clean. AC works well. Shower curtain old and not good at keeping water in shower. TV was useless as remote did not work, so unable to use. Booked government rate and was not asked for ID. Microwave turntable did not turn. Definitely don't bring a blacklight into this place.

Cramped and dated The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. We interacted with at least 5 different staff members and they all seemed to have great service skills. However, the hotel itself is quite dated and in need of renovations. Our door lock was broken, the pool is quite dilapidated, the bathroom had several tile and mildew issues, and overall the room was very cramped. It was a tight fit for our family of 4 in the room.

Double Tree Crew Hotel/Restaurant I always enjoy my stay in Santa Fe. I’ve been there numerous times and always have a pleasant experience. Growing up in Albuquerque, I have a fond spot in my heart (and stomach) for New Mexican cuisine. The restaurant at the Doubletree never disappoints. The best part about the restaurant, apart from the green chili, is the service. Countless times, Erica and Eileen, have exceeded my expectations with excellent customer service. They’re very friendly, attentive, and gracious hosts. They’re an asset to the Doubletree brand and I would like to recognize their diligence.
