Would stay here again! Our first time staying at this Hyatt Place and we were happy with the accommodations. The modern design, comfortable and spacious room, professional staff, and upgraded breakfast really made a difference in the overall stay. Would definitely stay here again!

I stay here every time I go to SantaFe. I really like the front desk staff here- so sweet and relaxed and capable. The breakfast staff work hard to make sure we all have what we need.The rooms I have stayed in are large and well designed. I like having a bench sofa and a little ottoman too. The lobby is very pretty and welcoming.

Good Aspects and A Few Less So This was an overnight for time in Santa Fe. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk was very friendly and thanked me for being a World of Hyatt member. It was nice to receive a welcome gift of water and snack. The entry lobby was decorated for the holidays which was appreciated. The decor is pretty dated and not very inviting - a few chairs were stacked and sitting area didn't seem attractive. The room was clean and comfortable - bed especially. They provide shuttle service on demand to downtown Plaza, and the driver was excellent - very professional. I believe service back to the hotel stops at 8:00pm but I may be wrong. We took a Lyft back to the hotel. My biggest issue came after leaving a pretty expensive item in the room - my fault, but when I called the hotel the next day, I was connected to what I was told was the house keeping manager. I left several messages (4) to have her call back to let me know how they might return the item. I was even willing to drive back up to Santa Fe, but she never called me back. I might try one more time, but it seems a lost cause and I am left with the feeling that someone in housekeeping may have a gift.

Great hotel but breakfast needs improvement I have stayed at Hyatt Place Santa Fe many times over the years. All the staff are very friendly, accommodating, and hard working. They did a big remodel a few years ago and it continues to feel very updated and well kept. The breakfast offerings, however, have declined in quality and variety. Despite the lacking breakfast I will continue to stay there.

Safer than others in the area! Hotel is fine but not outstanding. I felt safe (but take everything out of vehicle). As far as safety goes, this hotel is better than others on south end of Cerrillos. Breakfast was disappointing. Federal employees: good luck getting the sales tax removed. This hotel will fight you for it.
