Great Hotel When driving from Palm Springs to Seattle I stay in Santa Nella have usually stayed at the Best Western. The Quality Inn was half the price and twice the quality. They have a love seat a desk king bed very quiet air conditioner. And the carpet is actually clean unlike other hotels I have stayed in. If you happen to stop in in Santa Nella stay here

Reasonably priced-looks like it is in the middle of upgrade & clean up We chose this hotel as a half-way point on the way to a weekend in Roseville. It was reasonably priced. It appeared to be going thru a transition as far as remodeling. It's right in the middle of the trucker alley area on I-5. We were a little put off by the high bar security access gated areas but we didn't have our cars broken into over night so that was a plus! They are upgrading the hotel and rooms with new paint and windows etc so it will be better down the road. The beds were comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. It had a microwave and mini fridge. They need to throw out the fabric furniture in the rooms as those were dirty. They could improve the landscaping. On the outside of the hotel it was either dead and weedy or gone and looked very shabby. Better maintenance with respect to garbage and trash is needed. Perhaps last on the list of upgrades- but they really could make the front look more welcoming in the meantime. The pool inside looked refreshing but we weren't there long enough to use it. They serve a little comp. breakfast. The tired sausage and defrosted egg patties need to go. The make your own waffles were a hit. The front desk staff were very professional.

Dirty, dirty, dirty! The exterior was run down, supposedly renovations were in progress. We did have a good nights rest but in the morning we were shocked to find that the soles of our feet were black! The carpet was filthy! When we stepped into the tub for our morning showers we left dirty footprints. We went for our hot breakfast at 8:20 AM only to find a few dried out sausages and depleted scrambled eggs. We went back to the room and finished packing and checked back for breakfast. Still nothing but dry cereal. We complained to the receptionist who said we should have said something earlier. She offered no compensation for our bad experience. Bottom line: Avoid! Find an alternative to this sad dirt bag hotel.

Would avoid Hello, I was traveling with my children and stopped here for the night. The outside of the hotel was my first indicator, prety run down. The staff was not very friendly, did not offer a map or explain where our room was. I had to ask where the room was and where the ice machine was, pool was shut down, NO hot water in the room until the next morning with NO warning from the front desk clerk that the water was shut off for the day and maintenance was not on site. The room was run down, the bathroom light fixture had a handful of dead bugs in the glass globe. Carpet was filthy so much that when I walked from the room to the bathroom and stepped on the white towel it left black smuges on the towel. I would no bring my family here again.

Good Value Good value. Property clean, quiet, safe parking and reasonable breakfast. Mattresses super comfie with clean white bedding and fluffy towels. Yes a tad dated, but great value if just booking a travellers night. Staff friendly and efficient at frint desk. Close to Pea Soup Andersons and Loves for cheap gas!!
