Very clean, very safe, and friendly hotel We stayed here for one night, and found the public spaces and our room to be very clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Because of Covid, the elevators are meant for one household or one person; there are sanitizers in the public areas; everyone is expected to wear a mask--all rules that make sense and indicate how much the hotel wants its guests to be safe.

Please do NOT stay here I checked in two hours ago. The hallway smells like stale smoke. There is mystery grime on walls and surfaces. The A/C is really loud. The internet is very slow. The shower is a combined shower/bath set up where most of the shower water runs out of the bath spout for about 10 minutes. Once the shower is running with all of the water, it feels inadequate. You have to ask for a microwave to be placed in the room and the smoke detector is beeping. (I have no confidence that anyone will do anything, based on the other issues.) There is an additional charge for parking, in a place that is very car-dependent. I have stayed in very basic hotel rooms in India, SE Asia and hostels in North America with much better amenities. I'm embarrassed that this hotel exists. I wouldn't recommend this to someone I don't like. 1 out of 5 is too generous (why isn't there a -10 option?). I want to leave, if I can get my money back.

Great Stay and Friendly Staff! I enjoyed a wonderful and safe stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Santa Rosa, while visiting friends over the Thanksgiving holiday. Gentleman at check offered a warm greeting and a complimentary bottle of water. I felt very safe with the hotel's COVID protocols in place, which included hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel, including the elevators. The room was clean and spacious and there was a complimentary packet of sanitizer wipes. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and the General Manager, Theresa, is amazing. I highly recommend!

Thank you, Val! My sisters and I had a great stay last night! Val at the front desk was amazing and took great care of us. We watched him deal with a very difficult guest in line in front of us with such professionalism. I imagine its not easy working in hospitality during this time and its unfortunate that some people don't understand that. Thank you again, Val!

Does not follow Marriott cancellation policy. General Manager provides horrendous customer service. I travel for business regularly, and am a Marriott Platinum Elite member. This hotel refused to honor Marriott corporate cancellation policy of 24-hours notice to cancel without a fee. Will be surprised if they maintain their affiliation with Marriott, as I see this has happened to others as well. General Manager wouldn’t even return my call, but had the front desk agent call to relay a message that she would not honor the corporate cancellation policy. Coward.
