Clean Quality Inn & Suites Room and linens/towels were immaculately clean. Love that the room had NO carpet - laminate floors in the whole room. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. Had no issues with anything - everything worked and was in good order. As others in previous reviews have said, sound travels into the room very easily from the hallway - but it didn't bother us as we weren't in the room much and are heavy sleepers. Our room door had seen better days and could stand to be replaced, but nothing about it affected my opinion of the room/property. Front desk staff for afternoon check-in was polite and accommodating. Morning check-out staff was friendly and personable. As with other Choice hotels, there is a free hot breakfast. Here is where the hotel could improve - the selection/choices were very slim (one pan of eggs, one pan of sausage links, a waffle machine, one carafe each of leaded and decaf coffee, a paltry selection of bread/baked items, 2 sugary cereal options, one type of milk only, and sugar/sweeter/creamer packets). This was the first Choice hotel I've stayed in that didn't at least have fruit, yogurt, hot cereal, or liquid creamer of some kind. There also wasn't anyone attending the dining area to ensure guests had what they needed and items did not run out. The location was just fine for us; easy on/off the 101 freeway. If you are a Choice Gold or above member, there are designated spaces for you. Parking was fine and plenty of space in the lot. Overall, great stay and would consider staying again if we travel to Santa Rosa in the future.

Overpriced, dirty, unsafe, door locks are falling apart. You will be up till 4am because of other guests. Stay away. Stay away from this hotel. It’s way over priced the door locks are coming apart. The beds are thin and very uncomfortable. There are no blankets only sheets. There is mold in the shower. The towels are thin and small. The guy at the from desk yelled at my son and I as we were looking for the ice machine. We found it broken in a small room. The clerk chased us down and led us to a very dirty laundry room he disappeared and came back with a small hand filled plastic bag of ice. He said “here” handed the bag to my son and walked away. The staff is unfriendly. The a/c doesn’t work. The ironing board was broken. This is a hotel that the owner is trying to squeeze the last bit of money out of before they demolish it. Stay away from quality inn and suites Santa Rosa. It’s horrible.

Horrible. Stay away from this hotel. It should be shut down. Whoever owns it is obviously trying to bleed the place dry. Nothing worked. The person at the front desk chased my son and I down yelling at us while we were looking for the ice machine. We found it. It was broken down. The clerk then went into a dirty laundry room and came out with a hand filled tiny bag of ice. “Here” he said and walked away. There was mold in the shower. The door didn’t lock correctly. The walls are super thin. There were no blankets on the beds only layers of sheets. The air conditioner worked on two levels supper hot and supper cold. The other guests kept us up until 4am. This place is horrible! Look for another spot. The iron barely worked and the ironing board was broken. Stay away! Find another place. This place needs a major renovation. And restaffing.

Not recommend We picked this hotel from the name of “Quality inn” but when we arrived hotel we thought we got wrong hotel. This hotel is not the Quality Inn quality. Bathroom door has a hole. The window coverings are very old and dated, they have many small holes and cannot close the alway. Over price for these bad condition accommodation. We are very disappointed this Quality inn. Not recommend!!

NO HAIRDRYER, REFRIGERATOR OR MICROWAVE We booked on line as we just needed a place to stay overnight having been to a wedding. Without a doubt the most unfriendly staff we have ever experienced, no hello, welcome....just "your name". It took forever to get signed in and during the time the man was apparently putting information into the computer, he never looked up or spoke a word until he said, "I need your driver's license and credit card"! The first room we were given on the first floor looked decent enough but the wall thermostat was broke and it was quite cold in the room. We went back to the front desk and requested a different room again on the first floor as there are no elevators. The lighting in the room was very strange and the room was so plain and 'sterile' with no pictures on the wall, no refrigerator or microwave, just gapping holes in the furniture where they would go. The phone didn't work and the mattress was okay but the pillows were approximately 16" square and lumpy. There were four on the bed. The bathroom water pressure was almost non-existent with just a small stream coming from the faucet and it wasn't very hot. You could hear people through the walls and actually make out what they were saying. I needed a hairdryer but was told the hotel doesn't offer hairdryers even though it said each room had them on the website. The two bath towels were very thin. It did look like this particular room had recently been remodeled as the vinyl flooring looked new as did the baseboards and paint. Also, the molded one unit bathtub surround also looked new and there were grab bars. We complimentary breakfast was mediocre but it served it purpose. If you're just looking for an inexpensive absolutely no frills place to lay your head then this will probably work. We couldn't wait to get on the road.
