Unforgettable I came here for a wedding for a family member and I must say the staffing at the bar by the pool were very friendly and attentive Reina took her time to give a me drink that I ended up enjoying I recommend the mojito with passion fruit. Darianny English was excellent and added a nice balance with the communication she also recommend a great drink amaretto sour is excellent and is a must try if you visit.

Charged us xtra $500 We have stayed at other BARCELO locations before, this never happened. They charged us $500 dollars more, Yaraset Cortorreal Guest experience Mgr. after answering an email saying found error, more than a month later no answer, we spent hundreds on phone calls, nothing.

Pool service Darianny made the best mojito by the pool. Best i ever had hands down! The service was amazing and the atmosphere helps bring in that latin love. The place was very clean and prices were reasonable . Definitely worth it. Pol towels were aplenty.

10/10 I met this employee Darianny , she had excellent service & an amazing personality !! She was very welcoming and helped me & family get to know the hotel better. Definitely would recommend to come here. The scenery is beautiful and the staff is amazing !
