Friendly Staff and Great Room We evacuated from the hurricane and arrived up to Saraland. Tiffany, at the front desk was amazingly helpful and friendly. She advised us on things to do while in the area. Our morning breakfasts were excellent as well. I forgot the ladies name preparing the breakfast. She did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and neat, and clean. Highly recommend. Even the owner went out of her way to accommodate me! Hotel cares about you and they conduct business properly. Thank you all.

Average but Fine for an Overnight It was okay. Not bad but nothing special. The front desk was friendly. The room was clean and spacious but is in need of refurbishing. Dingy carpet, but no bugs makes it acceptable for a quick overnight. Good shower. There were 2 TVs in the suite and one didn't work. We didn't care, but you might so try the appliances before you unpack in case you have to change rooms. The breakfast had all the usuals: waffles, rubber eggs, Canadian Bacon, the hash browns were so hard they couldn't be cut with a knife.

Crappy staff This is a nice hotel but half of the staff is rude and the other half was incompetent. Had to clean my own room and was treated like a burden because I had to reserve nights by the day (due to my contractor). And I'm supposing the free breakfast is only for the muddy boot workers that kept the place dirty and funky, because we got the look from workers that were sitting down eating. Needless to say me and my family will only return to piss off the staff.

Very Nice Stay Overall, this is a very pleasant hotel. We enjoyed our stay with the exception of one thing. Ms. Debra (maybe Debbie) serving breakfast should perhaps seek employment not in the public eye. She was very rude to multiple guest. The cleaning staff as well as the front desk was exceptional.

Very Soft Mattress’s I tried to like it. It was clean and the room was spacious. There where bell carts but the hotel was for road construction crews. When I walked in, there was no one at the desk. I called hello, hello, hello. We had been driving all day and just wanted to get into our room. 5 mins later she finally came and said “I was in with my supervisor” so she must have heard me and I would think that she may peak around the corner and say “I’ll be right with you”? I went back out and there where 2 young men who I thought where fighting, F this, F that very loud. I was very hesitant. They came by our vehicle and seemed to be getting along. We went out that night to potty dogs and there where 2 drinking parties. One at the hotel across the street and behind this hotel. Did I ever feel threatened? No, not at all. Men having social time and partying. Also, the parking was limited for us with a small 4 x 6 trailer. The room was good size, cloths hanging was an opened bar with hangers. There was one chair next to a desk and the bed was so soft that you sink into it so very hard to sit in bed on an iPad without your back hurting. We are use to a harder mattress. The pillows where great. Very small sink space in the restroom and no suit case holder. Not sure what they are called. One pack of regular coffee and one decaf. I know we could have asked for another and we just went down in the am to get it from their coffee bar which was great but inconvenient. Like I said, we look at our ipad a lot on the bed but since we sunk 3”’s on the bed a 2nd chair would have been nice. There was plenty of area in the room for a chair. The hotel was set up for these road crews who have a back packs. We won’t stay here again. It was doable as a stop for the night but not with those mattress’s. Like I said I tried to like it.
