Good experience at The Red Roof Plus Very welcoming front desk ladies, from the moment we arrived until we left, they made us feel comfortable. They have great skills, and everyone is very nice. The room was clean and felt just right. Happy i booked there .

Great service Came to the Boston area to visit relatives. My reservation was all messed up and booked for the wrong date. The front desk lady was very helpful and called Expedia and were able to change the dates. Great service !! Room was clean and in good condition, no issues. Busy Saugus area but we knew in advance this is the case. Good eating recommendations as well. Will be back next year.

Experience was okay Hotel was okay. Very affordable compared to others in the area. We chose this one because Bus 60 will pick you up and take you into Newport. That way you do not have to deal with parking. We actually never used the bus service. The stairs needed vacuuming. The baseboards needed cleaning in our room.

Will charge your card regardless of if… Unless you want them charge your card regardless of if an emergency _ forces you to call and cancel before check-in time I would recommend to not book with any Red Roof Inn Plus and definitely not this one. Also, even though they have a corporate headquarters, they choose to appear as though they are unable to exercise any authority over the individual locations, the way you some companies are with their franchises. (See attachment). In other words, in a case of this type of a dispute, you are on your own with a place that I would absolutely not recommend.

A nice one Impressed by the overall experience. One of the nicest Red Roof. I stayed in many in Indiana, MD, Florida and now Massachusetts. This is in great shape. Clean, good and comfortable beds, good staff, very polite. Parking lot is clean and no garbage staying for days. Keep up the good work.
