A Wonderful Hotel - Highly Recommend! Fabulous hotel! Absolutely loved everything about it, from the friendly welcoming staff (including the marvellous Mary heading up the kitchen team), to the phenomenal breakfast to the clean, comfortable room. I'm not often in the "Soo," but you can bet the next time I am, I'll be staying here.

Great value and nice hotel This hotel is excellent. Everything is new. Pool area is great. Only complaint is the hot tub jets are very weak. It’s close enough to walk to several restaurants and the river. Breakfast was above average. Much less expensive than hotels on the US side.

Wonderful staff and great location Stayed here for a night on our way to Lake Superior road trip. Location of this hotel is perfect for a relaxed walk on the lake front. Staff of the hotel were excellent, gave some nice recommendations. Parking spaces were limited. Morning breakfast was adequate. Certainly recommend.

Highly recommended! Amazing staff! The staff is helpful, friendly and lovely! Super helpful when we asked where to walk. Even went as far as printing off the directions. Also was greeted with a snack since I am a member. Rooms are super clean, beds are so comfy! Only complaint was the hair dryer was meh and bring your own if you have long hair.

Staycation was great! Excellent little hotel. Friendly check in. Pool, sauna and hot tub all were great. Nice courtyard off pool area for some lounging and BBQ if required. The rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was solid and the price was good. The only negatives I could see is it is in the downtown core but take your valuables out of the car and you will be fine. We will definitely book again!
