An Oldie but a GOODIE! While close to I-95, there was no road noise making its way into our room ~ just the people in the room above with clumsy feet at 5:00 in the morning. The friendly greetings and interaction by all of the staff encountered was refreshingly uplifting. The breakfast was tastefully adequate but I personally prefer the taste of brewed coffee over the taste of the machine dispensed (instant) coffee. Too bad Choice has decided to get away from stays like this by adding the newer brand(s).

Unremarkable stay, always remember that you get what you pay for. Due to other guest reviews, we were not feeling great about our choice, but it was too late to cancel. The hotel is tucked at the end of the road and it’s slightly difficult to find the driveway entrance-you can clearly see it, but there’s no sign to indicate how to get to it. So it may take you a few tries. There is no highway noise which was a huge plus for us. Our room was spacious and clean, with clean linens and clean bathroom. Interestingly, the bed pillows were very small, sort of like resting your head on a throw pillow. Bed was ok, definitely not what we’re used to at Hilton or Hyatt properties. The complementary breakfast is a “pass” - there are so many wonderful options nearby, don’t waste your time in the cafe area. We’re grateful for a clean room and the check-in experience was just fine. In short, our stay was unremarkable.

They do not change their sheets between visits- GROSS I am so disgusted right now, I don't know what to do. The kids are sleep and so is hubby so I decided to turn my side of the bed back to get in bed and what do I see, freaking dirt and other particles in the bed that I surely didn't put there. We haven't been to the beach we all showered, and we took our shower shoes off prior to getting in bed. This darn bed wasn't changed. They probably thought no one had slept in it prior, so they didn't change these sheets. I am livid, but I don't want to wake my kids. I had my husband get up and I took the sheet off, sprayed lysol on the bed (I did this prior but didn't turn the sheets back far enough) and we are now wrapped in blankets that we keep in the car. This is the nastiest crap I've ever encountered. Last minute decision to stay because we were too tired to drive back to Atlanta, but never again. I should have known better when I saw the dirty coffee maker in the bathroom of all places. I can't sleep, not even wrapped in blankets. I checked my kid's bed, and thank God it appears to be ok, but this one is gross. My husband laid on someone's dirt, and I almost did. This is why I do not like hotels. This solidified it for me. Nasty nasty nasty. Do NOT COME HERE. They need a cleaning crew and a complete overhaul of this place. Now I'm itching, too. I pray it's just my nerves. This ruined my trip.

DO NOT stay here!!!! DO NOT stay at this hotel!! It is DIRTY and the "renovations" have not improved much of anything. The owner should be ashamed to call this a hotel...there's NOTHING comfortable nor clean about the Comfort Suites.

Don't stay here - not worth your time or money If I could have given this a minus 10 for cleanliness and considerationof the staff and corporate I would have. If you expect housekeeping it is not happening at this hotel. They will drop off towels but that's it. Going down to the desk to inquire about it the first person just handed me towels and said "tomorrow." The person we questioned last night informed me we needed to put in a request for housekeeping. Asked me who checked us in and I told him and he just laughed, saying "oh that's the boss." Anyone at the desk keeps their heads down reading or on their phone. We reserved 2 rooms as we were travelling withour son and daughter in law. Both rooms needed a good cleaning. Our carpets had sandy types of stones in them and you picked them up in your stocking feet. Caulking in the bathrooms were moldy and who knows when the floor had been cleaned. There were small rubber bands on the floor - from braces or hair. The couch in our son's room had a piece of material cut out - you could see the wood. Breakfast was unreal - from mandarin oranges that were going bad to the cereal being stale. Froot loops were not even crunchy. No bagels - just white bread for toast. The waffle iron wasn't working right and only cooked the edges. The elevator inspection certificate was last done on 12/21 - certainly a violation. After attempting twice to get some clarification on our situation and a reduction in the cost of the rooms we were told "so sorry about your stay, but here is 8,000 points toward a night's stay." We have stayed at Comfort Suites in the past and but this will be our last time using Comfort Suites.
