Convenient airport location, decent breakfast & friendly staff Stayed here upon arrival late at night for a quick Savannah vacation. Seemed to be the best option after reading reviews here. It was fine, the free shuttle easy to find, the front desk friendly and helpful, the breakfast appreciated. There is also a "Suite Shack" with snacks that you can microwave in your room if you missed dinner like we did. The outdoor pool looked nice but we had not time the next morning. The room was warm so we ran the fan all night which was not particularly quiet, though not because of outside noise. Probably my only real complaint is that the sheets felt old and worn, and we could have used more pillows, but for how late we arrived (midnight), we weren't going to start making special requests. Hired a rideshare to move to downtown Savannah the next morning.

Bedbugs Bedbugs…Room was full of bedbugs…staff was notified. I had to be treated for an allergic reaction to the bites….Don’t stay here!!!! It’s been over a week a none will return my call or answer the complaint that was submitted. But They’re still renting the rooms out.

Good for overnight stay Good for a stay overnight on way to Florida. Customer service was excellent as we checked in via Hilton app and received a text from front desk where I could ask for pillows and we received them right away. Room and bathroom - the parts you can see was overall clean. However the pullout couch had popcorn visible on top of the pull as soon as you moved the cushions and in the sheets as you opened the bed. The room itself is an interesting design from other Hamptons we stayed at. The sink in the middle allowed for everyone to witness teeth brushing and face washing. Not ideal. But we did like the entry way kitchenette. That was smart placement. You will hear traffic from your room. Price was high at $279

Nice property/Rude Staff and Management I'll begin with a positive: this is a very nice Hampton. The location was good except my room facing I-95 made it feel like I was sleeping on the interstate...very noisy. It was a cold night and despite my efforts to get heat the unit blew cold air all night. But the REAL issue here is the front desk personnel and management: TERRIBLE! I was staying with points as a Diamond member of Hilton Honors and used digital key/check-in for a "contactless" experience...except for the fact that I was accosted by two front desk personnel as I walked in...not to say "Welcome" or even Hello...not to say "Here are your free bottled waters and snack for being a Diamond member"...no, first words out of their mouth was "what is your room number" since I was traveling with a small dog. I was told to go up to the room but stop back at the desk to "fill out paperwork". Huh? But OK. To my surprise, even though I was comped the room on points, I owed them $75 for having my pet in the room for all of 8 hours! I told them I wanted to cancel and they told me I could not cancel because I had already been up to the room. Wait a minute, that was at their direction. I asked to speak to a manager about my situation and all she did was double down on things. Look, I don't think I should be treated special because I'm a Diamond member, even though I travel for work extensively and have always seeked out Hilton for years...but to be treated so rudely was pretty shocking and prompted me to write my first TripAdvisor review. This place won't ever get my business or the business of any of my friends who fly in and out of Savannah frequently on the way to Hilton Head. There are Hilton properties all over the Savannah area that know how to treat their guests...this place ain't one of them.

Not honoring gold status??!! This Hampton Inn is nothing special , but I don’t usually expect special when I ask for Hampton Inns for business travel . I expect predictable, reliable rooms and service. I expect to get loyalty credit for the nights I stay there. Traveler’s beware, THIS Hampton Inn will not allow you to have your loyalty number added to your reservation if it was booked through Expedia or 3rd party booking service. I didn’t even know that was a thing g as every other Hampton inn I have stayed at never mentioned it or brought this up, but always recognized my gold loyalty status and gave me credit for the stay. Apparently the individual hotel can decline to do this to save themselves some money. I won’t be staying here again.
