It all started out ok… Hotel was nice, check-in was quick & easy. Attitudes of employees could have been more pleasant, at least a smile. But then breakfast happened…or didn’t happen-we went to get something from the hot serving dishes & there was only a few pieces of the maple sausage, no potatoes or anything else. There were issues with the waffle batter dispenser, there were a few yogurts & some bread items (bagels, bread, muffins) a few oranges and that was about it. Not nearly enough to feed the guests filing in to eat. We sat there, waiting for re-fills on the hot items that never happened for 25 mins. Several knocks on the Employee only door to inquire and be told she was working on it, and all that was brought out was some waffle batter. No food of any type was replenished, no tables were cleaned off. We finally left and there were approximately 15 people walking around looking. We stay pretty much exclusively at Hampton Inn, and over the past few years have noticed a decline in services & cleanliness at them. Husband just went to get a shower & said ‘this shower wasn’t cleaned…’ Come on Hilton, get it together.

Bad Choice to Stay Here I cannot believe, especially for a Hilton Diamond member, that this property refuses to provide guests with bottles of water aside from the two in their welcome gift. I stay at Hiltons all over the country and have always been graciously provided with extra water, upon request, every single time. Not here. I guess they must save more on not giving out water than they earn on repeat visits. Additionally, they DO NOT recycle, and they charged me for an upgrade that was supposed to be free. The desk clerk was unable to explain the discrepency at checkout (told me that the difference between my initial reservation and the final folio was due to the incidentals deposit, which it wasn't) and it took me over an hour to finally resolve it with the manager. Lastly, I got serious attitude from a male housekeeper who knocked on my door one morning when I asked him to please come back in a half an hour because I was in the middle of working. I will NOT be staying at this property again.

One night stay in Savannah off 1-95 Stayed here for one night when on the way up north. Checked in very late and couldn't get my digital key to work correctly. Front desk agent who was sitting at desk told me on the speaker on side of wall "use your key to get in" I stated i hadn't checked in yet and then she was like "oh okay i'll let you in" Once checking in, check-in was smooth and the lady was friendly however did not thank me for being a Diamond member or offer water/snack as is in my profile. I get it, it was late but it would of been nice. Room was nice and spacious and clean for the most part. Breakfast in the morning was the norm for Hampton, the breakfast attendant was very friendly and polite and was telling each guest to "Enjoy their day" At check-out, there was no one present and we did a digital checkout. Would return if the need arises again.

Thugs and Theives Booked a large group with several rooms. One if the families had a large amount if cash taken from their room one evening. Room was locked their entire stay. Only one key card. Staff was rude and had “friends” that did not work at the hotel hanging out with them at night.

Just okay. Hotel was just okay. It's obvious this is a heavily used hotel for travelers.Cleanliness could have been alot better, especially floors in the rooms. Showers are in need of a remodel. Breakfast selection was good. But the attendant said they were out of milk until the next day. So there's no milk for cereal? And there's no nearby grocery store to have milk for guests?
