Phenomenal Hotel experience This was a fantastic hotel experience from the moment that I walked in till after we left. Before I showed up, I received a phone call from the management verifying that were staying here and advised us that The upgraded our room. We would advise that even though cost $30, they will be waving our parking fee for the day. As soon as we showed up, they welcome to us as an IG member and asked us if there was anything they could do to help make our day better before we even checked in Escort Us to our room and offered to carry, our luggage to our room and asked if there was anything else needed. The room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and whenever we we needed something staff bend it over backwards to help us out. This is a hotel I would stay at.

awesome Vacation Great Location with many restaurants that are in a walking distance. The breakfast was awesome 2 different meats eggs and the best cinnamon rolls. Housekeeping was on point and the front desk was very attentive and helpful. Never lacked anything Thank you you Made our vacation Special

Great stay Great location with plenty of restaurants to walk to. Breakfast was great m. Front desk was always eager to help. Very friendly never lacked anything. Housekeeping cleaned my room everyday I came back to a clean and refreshed room . Will probably stay here if I’m in town.

Did I fall for a scam? I was traveling solo and stayed at this hotel. It was to be a relaxing vacation to enjoy before going back to work with the schools. I returned back to my room and landed in bed around 11pm. The bed was wet! I called the front desk and was told I needed to get dressed and go down for new bedding. The girl never said a word to me, just handed me a thin comforter and a fitted sheet. I was a business owner so I know that being professional and kind work best. The next morning the day manager was apologetic and had signed me up for IHG Rewards. She stated she would give me 10,000 points then changed it to 25,000 saying it should cover another nights stay. I thought this was fair and thanked her. Seriously who wants to pay OVER $150.00 to not be able to sleep in a nice bed. She was professional and polite. I thanked her and continued on my vacation. Imagine my surprise when I get an email stating they were giving me 1,000 rewards ! I have no idea what that equates out to for another nights stay but I do not think I want to find out. If you want to go and stay I would suggest get a monetary refund instead if you have any issues. I have waited, to give them time to update this rewards gimmick.

Excellent hotel! The check in was very easy. The staff at the hotel were very nice. The cookies at the front desk were a welcome treat. The room was clean and cozy. Plenty of outlets for phones, cpap, tablet, etc. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was top notch. We will stay here again when visiting Savanah.
