Not booking again When the fan/AC turned on there was an awful smell. Coffee was the worst I’ve ever had. The coffee machine actually pushed out spurts of water then the “coffee” would come out. I was told by the front desk “just add creamer to it and stir”!! I’m not super fussy but would not book there again.

Avoid at all costs! Terrible experience!! Avoid at all costs. Over two hours to try to check in. The front desk couldn't handle it. Worst front desk staff I've ever encountered. Just keep driving and find somewhere else. We waited from 9:30 to 11:30 to not be able to check in because the front desk is incompetent.

Charged an "accomodation fee" Couldn't get CELL Phone service in the building!!!! This trip was a complete disaster because I had to keep going outside to use my cell phone! So I missed important calls. They downplay it saying oh yeah some networks don't work as well here. I did see a couple other people that couldn't use their phone except outside! Also I booked thru a third party and was then charged a $4.50 "accomodation fee" by the hotel!! _ So yes they do have hidden fees! * I've never had to pay that fee just because I used Priceline. Also they do NOT have disability accessible rooms. I booked one and they say they do - but a handicapped person wouldn't be able to reach the shower controls, the shower head was way up by the ceiling - No HOSE A person in a wheelchair would not even be able to get into the shower!! * Nothing was in lower reach. I lost money staying there, it is a very big deal to me that I couldn't use my phone even with connecting to their internet. They should have to tell people before they book that many have phone issues! This absolutely ruined my trip!! Room was nice enough but NOT passable as disability accessable. This is in violation of disability accessability laws!

Don’t stay here This is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. Even the mattress pad was dirty. There was food on the floor from the previous tenants. The bathroom smelled musty! I think if you are worried about cleanliness you should not book here! So very disappointed.

Double charged! This hotel double charged my credit card and refused to make it right even after showing my two bank charges. Red Roof corporate relations also was no help due to it being a“billing” issue. Unethical hotel chain and poor customer service!! Do not give them your business!!
