Brice Hotel Kimpton

Not a good experience several hotels in area for less price. I’m a Diamond elite member normally traveling for business this time was a vacation I made reservations 3 weeks in advance asking to be accommodated with a higher floor which was not a problem according to personal we talked with. This request was not honored we were on first floor which is no big problem but room is dated, small, smelled of mildew, very old lamp fixtures and electric outlets falling out of furniture pieces next to beds, only one roll of toilet paper had to ask front desk for more and had to wait for the staff to find a roll. I personally would stay at Holiday inn just a couple blocks over which is a much nicer IHG motel for same or less price normally.

Lack of transparency in billing is very worrying and a matter of great concern. We booked two rooms at the hotel to celebrate a special anniversary. We had one room booked fully on reward points for two nights. A second room was booked on cash plus IHG reward points. The hotel was good and comfortable. No complaints on that score. However, when the bill was presented, there were major issues. The hotel had unilaterally reversed my reward night, without reference to me. There were other items on the final bill which I could not explain to myself. The front office responded after several reminders but was not able to clarify the costs charged. I addressed the General Manager with a series of reminders. But silence prevails… Lack of transparency in billing is very worrying and a matter of great concern.

Great Hotel in Savannah! Had a great experience at the Kimpton Brice Hotel in Savannah! Perfect location! Great Value and a quality stay. Beds and rooms are very comfortable. We also brought our dog, and the hotel is very pet friendly. They also do not charge a pet fee, which is a huge plus. The restaurant and bar is amazing, do not forget to try the pizza (they make pizza dough fresh every day). The staff also provided exceptional service. I highly recommend and I will be back when I visit Savannah

Amazing Boutique Hotel downtown Savannah Checked in at the Brice on 12.2.25 and the suite was amazing. Big luxurious tub was my favorite!! They even have bath salts for the weary traveler. The secret garden is so lovely, I read my book and felt like I was a world away for the hustle of Bay St. Definitely a go to for the boutique traveler! All of the staff from front desk (Adeina, to the F&B Director Christine, were so helpful and defined southern hospitality. I will be back!

Experience a bit of southern charm in historic Savannah. We decided to re-immerse ourselves in the Kimpton experience with a quick fling to the Brice located in Savannah, GA. The location was superb being situated across the street from the Riverside attractions and a short walk from the central market. We found the property “compact but with plenty of leg room” consisting of a series of interconnected porticos and courtyards which did well to capture the the spirit of the South. We also learned of its haunted history from one of our tours which added a level of quaint novelty to the stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the room upgrade afforded to us by our affiliation status. We enjoyed taking advantage of the pool and outdoor seating in between our exploration of the city. Front desk service from Markiesha was superb and much appreciated. We also enjoyed a hearty if not extraordinary dinner at the onsite Pacci restaurant. The meal was made memorable by our waiter Cyrus whose efforts to pair wines and desserts went above and beyond. He delivered not only expertise but a level of service that made the experience personal and fun. Kudos! There is room for improvement in what I would describe as fit and finish. We had a non functional, leaky refrigerator and an inoperable charging station in our our room which would have been an issue if we had engaged a longer stay. Most disappointing was the state of the fitness room which consisted of dated equipment most of which was out of service. It simply was not to Kimpton standards. That said, we will definitely return to The Brice on our next trip to Savannah. There’s no place like home but the hospitality and vibe at this property make it a solid second.
