Well managed, clean, safe, near many restaurants and businesses. Nice place, easy access, close to restaurants and businesses. Reasonable rates. Easy reservation process. As good as they come.

Poor service Front desk girl tried her best to help. They could not upgrade my room as a wyndham Diamond member, even though suites available as per front desk person. Had asked for manager, who was on property but would not come to desk. 2 other people staying came up with issues at same time...so poor service to have so many people at 1 time with issues. Manager stayed in back and avoided helping anyone. Was asked for him to reach out to me or email me...neither one done. I stay at LA Quints every week, but this was the worst

Completely Unhelpful Staff / Thieves Amongst Housekeeping We stayed in room 213. One of our girls blanket and iPad were left in the room. We called the hotel about the blanket first before she realized she left both. They said they had that. About 20 mins later she realized she left her iPad with the blanket. So we called the hotel and they said that there wasn’t an iPad turned in from housekeeping. Well we checked the location of the iPad, and it was at the hotel. This was Saturday, May 4th. So we called the hotel back and told them the iPads location is in the hotel. We continued to get the run around. The gal working wouldn’t call management, they left early as well as the housekeeping crew. No one would help us. I can’t tell you how frustrating this was. Even tried to get police help once we got back to the hotel, which that’s a whole other story. He wasn’t helpful at all. We were given the hotels Assistant Managers email and were told there was nothing else they could do. So the next day we asked our friend, who was still staying at the hotel, to check with the new crew that morning and apparently everyone on staff was questioned and no one would confess to taking it. We were called and apologized to about everything and were told they would update us throughout the process of locating the iPad. Well, we haven’t heard back and It’s still showing up at the hotel today. 5/8/24. I wouldn’t stay in this specific hotel again. I am a member of the Wyndham hotels as well as an owner with club Wyndham and I can tell you this definitely has stained my confidence in them to do what is right to help and care for their customers. Highly disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We also were told someones computer got stolen as well as our friends child got bit by bed bugs from a rollaway bed. Just beware and double check for all your things before leaving.
