Very comfortable Very reasonable price, comfortable bed with nice sheets and proper pillows that are full of volume. I'd opt for a king size bed here anytime for long layovers or delayed flights. Water pressure is decent for the showers, heating worked well.

Night clerk spoils great stay. Checked in at 4:00 PM, prepaid Orbitz with no problems. Took my credit card info, gave us room cards with room number on folder. Clerk did not ask for ID. Had nice dinner in on site restaurant. Early to bed since had to be up at 3:00 AM for flight. At 12:45 PM, phone rang twice, no one there. Three minutes later knocking on door. Night desk clerk, "you are not registered here, I have to see your ID." Not how you want to be awakened in the middle of the night. Photographed driver's license. No apology, acted like we were squatters. At 3:30, went to check out and get an apology. Showed night clerk keys, key folder with room number, Orbitz confirmation page. Asked for printout of stay. Got nothing. Complained since it was obviously hotel's fault. Got one word. "apologies". no explanation, no real remorse. Still acted like we were in the wrong, There are plenty of other airport hotels near O'Hare. Will not be staying at this one again.

Close to airport, but no breakfast! The price was very reasonable, and the hotel was very close to O’Hare airport, which was nice. The room was decent and this was a perfectly good place to stay for my layover. However, I was very disappointed that they did not have a breakfast. I stay at hotels all the time, and I cannot remember a hotel not having breakfast There was no restaurant close by so this was very inconvenient. For a person on a layover I was forced to buy expensive food at O’Hare airport. if you don’t care about breakfast, this is a great hotel to stay for a layover at O’Hare but I do care about breakfast, and I would not come back here again. I stay at Quality Inn’s all the time and this is the only one that did not have breakfast and I am really disappointed.

Adequate for a night Yes, this is an old property, dating back to the early 60s (and it shows). It was a bit rough around the edges in places, but the room was clean, and I didn't have any issues with noise. Shower pressure was a bit inconsistent at times. No breakfast available, but there are places nearby, such as a pancake place. I didn't try the restaurant for lunch or dinner. For the price I was more than satisfied. Also, Kudos to them for allowing a very early check-in at 10am and for accepting a parcel for me. For solely those reasons I give it 4 stars.

Horrible rooms - rude manager DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Checked in on oct. 5th. Rooms had a strong chemical smell. tried three rooms before booking another hotel. Hotel refused a refund. The manager is rude. Even after being told by the front desk that a refund would be no problem the manager refused. Horrible hotel. I have stayed in dodgy 3rd world hotels that were better than this. Do youself a favor and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
