First time here great expierience Rooms are nice and clean. Very nice staff, good breakfast food. Came here for skiing at rib mountain. 1 thing i would say is that there is no fan in the bathroom. Not much of a big deal, but overall decent pricing to stay for the weekend.

Hotel hell. No room service. David at front desk was terrible. Would be fired in my company immediately, lazy and rude. I got a carton of rotten milk for breakfast. It was curdled. I’ll never stay there again. All done with Radisson. I travel 200+ nights/ yr. My co. Will never use them again as long as I’m alive.

really nice place to stay very clean, plenty of amenities- great breakfast selection. Staff ( Pam B. was very helpful and friendly) not sure why AAA and some other sites only give it a 2 1/2 star rating- upper 3 to four- This was a family vacation and checked all the boxes of things we needed

5/16/23 3rd shift front desk staff I called twice to check availability on 5/16/23, I called around 11pm and there was no answer both times, I went to your location to ask for the availability for the night and the 3rd shift lady at the front desk was denying the fact that I called and was blaming the problem on me. I was never given a apology for the matter and that is not acceptable customer service by any means.

Clean Room, great breakfast Clean room! Great breakfast. The lady working breakfast was excellent checking on everyone and helpful when I needed a tray to take food up to my room. Food was all fresh and tasty! Pool was nice and kids had fun. Only issue was no fan in bathroom and shower drained very, very slowly.
