Never ever again! Horrible hotel!!! Very disappointing experience! We have traveled extensively, and this was one of the most substandard, dirty, and gross hotels I have ever experienced. Complete with torn carpet, worn furniture, black, mold in the bathroom, un vacuumed, and dirty carpeting and walls. We almost didn’t stay, but had prepaid and decided maybe it wasn’t so bad. Well, we were wrong. It was worse than I even anticipated.

Avoid at all costs This hotel is incredibly bad. The rooms are run down and in very poor condition. The air conditioner broke and no one could or would help fix it. The doors to the building we were in (building C) would break, stop working with key cards, not lock or close at all, and then not open at all. There is never a manger or engineer on site. The rooms are in VERY poor condition. The couch was disgusting. Will never stay in this hotel again. The air conditioner broke in the on position. It make the room freezing. We talked to the front desk staff several times. The man at the front desk was very rude when we tried to talk to him. He spoke to us like we were stupid. We eventually figured out on our own that the batteries died and replaced them. Sonesta sent me an email to fill out a review about our stay and that didn’t even work.

No where near worth the price!! The Pros: Clean, big rooms with an almost full kitchen. Backs up to a park. The Cons: Ridiculously expensive for a 2.5 star hotel. Trashy people drinking and loud music in the parking lot. Everything including the check-in office is locked down at all times of the day leading to no sense of safety or security. Their “pet friendly” policy is crap. They charge an additional $75/nite (plus tax) for pets. Many people’s kids are more destructive and/or disruptive than a a small dog or cat. Do yourself a favor and maybe rethink your reservation. You’re much better off at a La Quinta.

Minimalist Hotel The pictures for booking are reasonably accurate but they DO NOT tell the whole story by far. This property considers itself a "long term stay" hotel. Maid service is available once every 7 days and must be scheduled. Towels, paper products, etc. can be obtained as frequently as desired by taking towels to front desk and requesting them. Kitchenette is minimally stocked. Even though we booked for two people there was only one chair in the room, so we sat on the sofa and ate at the "TV" table. When we checked in we didn't see the mold in the shower and later when we asked to be moved they said not possible as there were no rooms. Various websites showed availability but still they refused. They told us to move out to another hotel next door OR to a sister hotel some miles away. We asked them to treat the mold and paint over it. Initially they refused and asked us to leave. Things got very heated but eventually they agreed to put primer over the mold. Nothing was comped. Manger extremely rude. See pictures. On the positive side: water hot, gym had only treadmill and elliptical but of good quality. Washer and dryer on each floor and they worked. You had to carry your own trash to first floor but trash room not labeled for first time use is a trial and error of various doors on first floor. This is truly a "caveat emptor" (buyer beware) experience.
