Little gem Beautiful old school motel. Clean, modern rooms with excellent climate control. Lots of places for food and drinks nearby. Stayed here for a race at Wall Stadium and it was very peaceful and quiet. Small but clean pool. Would recommend for anyone visiting the shore

Could have been a 4 star Room was ok pretty new, bed comfortable, fridge and pretty much everything you need. Nice location. But the people who work there are so rude. The lock on our door didn’t work even after the manager fixed it. We have lost many hours of our short weekend escape. There is no coffee available either.

Convenient and clean. Its a clean comfortable convenient place to stay if you need a place to sleep in this area. Walking distance to a bunch of shops and places to eat and a short ride to the beach. The aircon worked great and the bed was comfortable. They advertise offering continental breakfast. The offering is pretty sparse (some dried cereal along with a sad coffee machine that makes pretty awful coffee but there is Dr Pepper of you consider that a breakfast item). But there is a bagel place across the highway and major supermarket around the corner. As far as motels go, this one seems above average. I appreciate their rules around quiet times and that even in height of summer you can book just 1 weekend night.

SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT GO!! To start off, I paid over $200 for a room that had many downfalls that I will mention, along with only having the room for not even 24 hours. The manager was so beyond rude and disrespectful, not only would he not give me early check in nor late check out but he HUNG UP ON ME when I called to ask for it. The only positive to this experience was the gentleman who checked us in, he was such a sweet, kind man!!! Now, entering the room there were a lot of issues. The ceiling had visible water damage, the sheet had a burned cigarette hole, half the furniture was old and outdated and the other half seemed newish, also the pillows were EXTREMELY flat. Not only this but the second I walked into the room I started to feel under the weather and I soon learned why. It was because there were CHUNKS of dust sitting in the vent blowing on me. Like how disgusting!!!! Now moving into the bathroom, the curtain rod was held up by a thin piece of cardboard, the tiles were cracked, the radiator was cracked, and otherwise outdated, like the fan was a weird nozzle that was hard to control. Also, there was a bug in our bathroom!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Lastly, I was worried I was going to miss checkout (I ended up having plenty of time) and had called the manager to make sure I wouldn’t get charged if I were 10-15 minutes past checkout and he said I would not get charged but as I was responding back to him, HE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN!!! What kind of manager hangs up on their customers??!!!! Overall, this stay was not as enjoyable as I expected it to be with how much I spent and I definitely would recommend you all to stay and spend your money elsewhere!!!

Room was 81 degrees in July - AC does not work and hotel staff said too bad We visited for 2 days at the end of July. The weather was hot. Our room, number 6, did not go below 81 degrees until the middle of the night. We complained to the hotel staff and they pointed to a sign that said the room will cool down during the night, which we said was unacceptable. The office was a comfortable temperature ironically. They provided us with a small fan. When we traveled to the beach, it took us down the road next to the hotel where we noticed 2 very old AC units for about 8 rooms. The office had a brand new AC. If they are going to charge $384 per night, they should have AC that works in the rooms. We were only asking to have 72 in our room, nothing cooler, but 81 was ridiculous. And the windows have no screens unless you don't mind the bugs or potential theft.
