Very good Choice Ample guest parking. Front desk associate was friendly and very efficient. Our room was clean and well-appointed. Front desk called up to our room shortly after we got there to ask if everything was to our satisfaction (which it was). Beds were very comfortable. The dining room was spacious. Hot breakfast was delicious. Muffins, fruit, cereals, yogurt, breads available as well. The dining room attendant kept all the food trays replenished as well as wiping and cleaning surfaces. A very busy, pleasant woman. We felt safe at this hotel and will return when visiting family in the area.

Avoid this hotel! The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke on all of the floors. Everything was just rundown...bare tile in the elevator and patches on the walls everywhere. I wanted to take a bath but there was no stopper and none available; one door didn't close; someone else had a non functioning hair dryer and even replacing my key twice I couldn't get into the room. There was an active drug trade going on in the parking lot behind the hotel. All of this was for a wedding rate of $169 a night!

Sub Par My room smelled like smoke, and the hallways smelled of pot smoke. There was a large group of teenagers staying there, a sports team probably, and they ran up and down the halls laughing and slamming doors late into the night, and they fully occupied the lobby for 2 days. The breakfast was sub-par so I went to the diner next door. My room key card stopped working twice, and the second time it happened the night desk clerk wouldn't even look at me for 15 minutes while she finished checking someone else in, but she was actually just taking her time listing out for them every restaurant in town, and joking about her love of gummies. The stairway card lock doesn't work, so anyone can get into the building via the stairs, and one of the fire doors on the stairwell would not close at all. Oh and the parking lot and front lawn were strewn with litter, and I found a plate of greasy food that someone had discarded on the tire of my rental car. Hampton Inn across the highway is more pricey, but well worth it.

AVOID THIS HOTEL! At 2:15 AM, the hotel fire alarm went off. Most of the hotel guests evacuated, only to discover that the night desk clerk had caused the incident. The desk clerk had decided to fix a snack and burned some toast, which set off the alarm. I cannot recommend any hotel that would do anything that stupid and potentially harm its guests. I am 70 years old with heart issues.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! This place is unbelievably horrible! We stayed here for the first time (and last time) in April 2022. There was partying, cigarette smoking, pot smoking, yelling, door slamming, running and screaming down the hallways from 12:30am until the Seaford Police arrived at 3:00am. We called down to desk; nothing changed; We threatened to call the police - but another patron beat us to it! I went down to the desk in person with my GSD at the same time the police showed up. The manager was in the next day, and I complained that we had only 3 hours sleep, and had a 7 hour drive. I also vehemently complained about the marijuana and cigarette smoking. She was extremely rude and said “Yeah every time the police show up here, they wake me up, too! I got no sleep either!” She also said that this “happens all the time” and “ we enforce hotel rules” !!!!!!! What a joke! No hotel rules are enforced, no quiet hours are enforced. Extremely unsafe and NOT family friendly! If you want to party in the primate house at the Seaford Zoo during feeding time, by all means book your reservation here today! I’ll be getting a quiet night’s rest down the road.
