Great Overnight Choice at Seatac I’ve stayed in many of the SeaTac Airport hotels over the years but this was my first to the Marriott Fairfield. I’ve noticed that many of its competitors are charging downtown prices these days. Maybe testing the market to see what it will bear in the post COVID travel boom, which will ticks me off. Fairfield is reasonably priced relative to the Doubletree which tends to be the first place I think of when overnighting at SeaTac. Here is why the Fairfield is superior. It is smaller so if you get in late you don’t have a 15 minute walk to o your room from the front desk. The van pickup was very efficient and even though the hotel doesn’t face the airport proper it is close enough that the ride is fast. I really like the design of the shower stall. Plenty of room to store toiletries and the hot/cold lever is on the wall toward back of the stall rather than under the spout. Ingenious design. No complaints whatsoever.

Ok for a night Clean and fit for purpose. Not much more to recommend it. Close to the airport so quick shuttle though I prefer the Courtyard in Southcenter. Good Salvadorian restaurant just down the street, Las Palmas.

Great Value This is my new go-to hotel for Seattle. Sure, you are not staring at the Space Needle when you open your curtains, but you also save quite a bit and avoid all the noise and stress of Downtown. I actually like this hotel's location a lot as you are right off I-5, walking distance to the light rail to downtown, and have the airport just a quick shuttle ride away. Everyone who works at the hotel was very kind and eager to help. I thought the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The shower in particular was strong and had lots of hot water. I will knock the hotel a bit on breakfast. An Otis-Spunkmeyer muffin was a bit of a disappointing offering.

Clean Hotel room is nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked good and was quiet. Room was very quiet. Internet was very slow making it near impossible to get any work done. Bathroom was very small. Room was smaller than the usual Fairfield Rooms. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

nice hotel Christa at the front desk is amazing. Staying here for the summer working at Seatac and every morning she looks after our crew. Always has the shuttle ready for us. Gives us coffee and water. And on a hot scorcher of a day she gave us towels to wrap around our necks.
