Rude old man behind the front desk I did not have a good experience last month. After my third night stay my room, already quite dirty, filthy sheets and cockroaches. I asked the gentleman and his wife to have my room cleaned. They actually scolded me, the wife told me they are short staffed speaking quite loudly. The older man, told me to mind my business and go back to my room, and have a beer. I don't even drink alcohol. So, since my room was already paid, I went back to my room. Twenty minutes later there was a knock on my door, so I was relieved I assumed it was room service, I assumed wrong! It was 2 I large Egyptian men who yelled at me in a threatening way, and told me that normally the guest clean there own rooms, and I better be quiet or they will throw me out on the street. I left the next day, losing 5 nights already paid. This hotel is dirty, the staff from Egypt is very, very rude!

Worst possible place to park your car We returned May 24 to pick up our car only to find that the muffler system had been removed. The catalytic converter was removed by cutting thru the pipe with a saw The desk made no mention of this when giving me the keys. We had to drive 2 hours home in a very loud vehicle. When contacting the Sea Crest about the incident they were totally un helpful telling me that it was not their issue. Repeated calls were not returned. I believe there is a criminal element that is involved possibly in conjunction with the Sea Crest. My advise is NOT to do any form of business with this dirty, low budget hotel. It is a absolute disgrace, NEVER do any kind of booking with this facility.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had Serious warning: do not stay here. If you see the hotel and rooms beforehand, you will almost certainly not book it. If you need a hotel right away and aren't doing your research (like me), you might end up staying here. I am not a picky man when I traveling solo outside of work. I will stay in all sorts of gross hotels to save a buck. The Crest Inn is, by far, the worst place I have ever stayed. I booked it late at night after getting off a flight, when most of the other hotels (for under 200$) by SEATAC were full. They did pick me up the airport. That part was good. Everything else about this hotel is awful. There are definitely homeless people and/or drug addicts living in it. Nothing feels clean. Everything is old and really, really run-down. There will be at least 10 broken things in whatever room you are unfortunate enough to stay in. There will be cigarette burns in the mattress and carpet. and all sorts of strange sounds and thumps all night from people doing who-knows-what all throughout the hotel. I think the bed itself was clean (enough), but most other surfaces or objects reminded me of something from a dive bar really late at night. As an added bonus, I was double charged. I did not notice the error until a few days later when checking my transaction history. However, the staff was helpful about admitting it had happened and cancelling the second charge. While returning to the airport the next day for my flight, a rough-looking Russian guy with a thick accent (who had also stayed in Crest Inn) told me "That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in hundreds of bad ones in Russia."

Park at Your Peril My car was scratched and dented when I parked at the SeaTac Crest Motor Inn while traveling thru SeaTac Airport. They took my keys to move my car to another lot. I was also charged $19.50/day, a rate far higher than anything you’ll find online when you try to find out how much this place charges for airport parking
