Good for the cheap price Came to Seattle for a short weekend trip. Quick walk to downtown (~15 min). We even walked down to the pier and back to space needle and did a loop back to the hotel. Breakfast provided was standard. Bagels, yogurt, fruit, waffle maker, cereal, eggs, and oatmeal available for a quick breakfast before you start your day. The room was clean, we booked two queen beds. They did a good job making the room new again when we came back from a long day of being tourists. However the bathroom is on the older side and sort of smelled like mold from the water possibly sleeping out to the carpet outside the bathroom. Maybe it was just our room, but it wasn’t too big of a deal. We didn’t hear any construction going on while we were there. Although you can see there’s a ton of construction sites around the hotel. Worked out that we weren’t bothered at all with construction noise. Front office staff is nice. Didn’t rent a car and glad we didn’t bc parking his horrendous on the streets of downtown. However, found out it was kind of an awkward corner for uber/lyfts to drop us off at but it’s not too bad. Chose this hotel because of the price and good location. It is an older hotel but we weren’t planning on staying in the hotel much during the day anyways. It was enough for what we needed. I’d recommend for anyone visiting Seattle if you’re going to be out and about seeing the sites.

perfect location this hotel was a perfect location. i was near the space needle and close from the westlake station for the light rail train. The staff was great, breakfast was fine and the room was really clean. I would go back there again.

Clean and friendly We arrived and were greeted by the friendly staff when we realized we booked the wrong dates we were accommodated to lengthen our stay one day. Rooms clean beds comfortable breakfast was good love the little park across the street

Hotel with good value Hotel locates at the centre of Seattle city, walkable distance to all the shopping areas and tourist spots. Room is big and clean. Breadfast is nice. It is not a fancy Hotel but is more than able to fulfill all basic needs.

Management at the hotel is horrible!! My wife and I have never been treated worse at any hotel. The manager on 12/5/2019 said he would resolve our issue and contact us. When he didn't, we had to deal with a different manager on 12/6/2019. He was extreemly rude and raised his voice at us dismissing our issue off hand. As senior citizens needing accomidations regularly for treatment at Virginia Mason Hospital, we won't be partronizing the Loyal Inn.
