Great hotel to stay before a cruise. Booked this hotel as I was looking for one for our cruise and had a shuttle with Seattle Shuttle to the cruise port. Found hotel through the shuttle's website. Hotel was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast in the morning which was included in our stay. We arrived early before check in and they told us that they had rooms ready and let us check in early. Had lunch there which was very good. The waiter was very friendly. We had dinner at the Outback which was right next door. Hotel was next to a mall but we didn't go because it had been raining all day. They are an airport hotel and had a free shuttle from the airport. The chocolate chip cookie was also delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Save your money Find a better place to stay. The front desk staff is surly and rude, the digital key did not work and the employees were supremely unhelpful. This place does not deserve a Hilton affiliation. I‘m sorry I stayed here and do not recommend this property

A Double Tree near an Airport! A large dated Doubletree located conveniently in Tukwila. Serves the basic requirements of a business traveller or a leisure traveller looking to stay near the airport. Surrounded by strip-malls and a larger mall. There are plenty of food and entertainment options. The breakfast is expensive.

Double Stay at DoubleTree We stayed at this hotel before and after our cruise. _V Shout to Gen'nia and Vivienne for a seamless check-in experience and your help with shuttle transport. The rooms are spacious except for the bathroom - tight area. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of lamps, however, no lighting above the full length mirror. Also, would appreciate it if the hotel would consider updating to a chair-height toilet seat rather than the standard one. It was a "quite a drop" :). We ate breakfast at the hotel from the menu. Large portion sizes and delicious. They also have a loaded buffet filled with so many choices (yum).

Amazing Customer Service. We were there with several other families for a soccer tournament. Unfortunately, my family was next door to literally, the loudest group in a hotel I have ever encountered. At one point the parents were screaming at each other and an hour later there was apparently a happy, loud birthday celebration for one of the children. They were told several times they needed to be respectful of the noise. At one point I was down in the bar and one of them was berating Tom, the bartender (who handled himself with grace and professionalism). They were finally told they needed to depart, which they did (but snuck back in early morning, insert eye roll emoji here :) I don’t see how they could have handled the situation better. Thank you for taking care of your guests and ensuring their comfort and safety. Thank you Steve and the front desk staff.
