Great place. Go there in the cooler months This is an older hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room on the eighth floor was comfortable, clean, and spacious. My roommate loved the huge closet. Unfortunately, we arrived on a hot day. We had two fans going because there is no air conditioning. We were there for five days, and it did cool down a bit. Except for the warm evenings, this hotel was a great experience. I would go back to this hotel if I travel to Seattle again. They have a cute bistro with reasonable pricing and excellent service. The hospital is attached to the hotel by an elevator. My roommate and I went to the hospital cafeteria for one breakfast and one lunch. The food was tasty and fresh. The ordering is done on a kiosk, and the prices are affordable. Nice place. Recommend.

It was a lousy choice for a hotel. Had I known it was attached to a hospital I would never have booked it! The hotel is under construction! It’s attached to a hospital. The entrance was closed off, so you had to use the hospital staff unmarked entrance. The ambulance’s going to the emergency room were incredibly loud. No where on their website was any of this mentioned. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nice stay at the Inn. The staff were excellent very friendly. The hotel is clean but very old. We stayed for one night so it was ok. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. The walk to Lumen field was 30 min. Also they had a restaurant and coffee bar.

No AC. Very basic and dated, but close to VM. We spent a night here because my wife was scheduled for surgery at Virginia Mason early the next day. It is next door to Virginia Mason, but there are steep hills to get to most of the hospital buildings. Do not stay here when the temperature is over 80 during the day. There is no AC in the rooms. 2 of 3 windows were barred from opening more than 3". The third window had broken counterbalances and would not stay up. We had a fairly uncomfortable night despite having a box fan in the room. Having the windows open meant that there was a lot of street noise on the 4th floor. Not ideal prep for surgery the next day. When it says "classic", in this case it means kind of drab and dated. The bed linens seemed old and thin and threadbare.

Very convenient to hospital I stayed at this hotel for four nights due to a family member in the hospital next door. The hotel is located right next to the emergency room. That entrance and exit is always open. During the day there is an elevator you can take from the hotel to the hospital. The room I had was just fine. The hotel is older and there is wear and tear. Everything was clean and they have daily housekeeping. I could open the windows a little bit but only one had a screen on it. A box fan was provided which helped cool the room. I would probably be reluctant to stay here in the summer months due to a lack of air conditioning. Everyone I encountered at the front desk was polite.
