Cute boutique style luxury hotel in Downtown Seattle This was my first time ever staying at a Warwick Hotel. Room was nicely decorated and furnished the first time I stayed in a renovated room. It was equipped with a queen size bed, work space desk, black out curtains, smart television perfect for watching Netflix, standup shower, closet with ironing board, by surprise the first time I already had a microwave in my room which was perfect for that night and making breakfast the next morning. One big complaint I had back in January was that the hot water wasn’t working the next morning. The rest of my work colleagues also didn’t have hot water that night/morning. Was kindly offered another hotel room but I had to make do as that morning I was leaving for work. Another visit earlier this February, loud construction was happening to upgrade several floors. I was woken up one afternoon trying to take a nap right after a long flight from overseas. Don’t get me wrong, the hotel is very nice, hotel front entrance is secure as you need your hotel key to enter the double doors, also the fitness center was actually not bad to just do cardio. Was surprised that there was an indoor swimming pool with a hot tub in the basement! I did use the fitness center once. Front desk was warm and friendly upon arrival.

Great hotel in Belltown I am writing to say I enjoyed my stay at the Warwick very much. The hotel is in a good location and only 4 to 5 blocks from the Sound Rail to the airport. Pike Place Market a 15 min walk or so. Hotel has pool and hot tub in the basement too.

Unexpected stay in Seattle We had a very pleasant stay at Warwick Hotel! We were stranded i Seattle for two days because of a flight cancellation. The restaurant attached to it, Margaux, was really delicate and the staff super sweet and friendly. Our breakfast waiter, Kelly M, was the best - thank you!

Wonderful stay: great value, friendly staff, and perfect location I had an excellent stay at the Warwick! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jess P. at the front desk and Kelly in the restaurant for making me feel so welcome. I was in town for a tournament and the rest of my team stayed at the Marriott. I’m glad I chose the Warwick instead as it was much more affordable and just as nice. My king room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Plus, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for getting some work done. The location was great—close to tourist spots and local favorites. I’d absolutely stay here again!
