A good place to stay We had been to this hotel on 02.10.16 - 04-10.16. The rooms are good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food/breakfast was good. The only problem that we Indians faced was lack of HEALTH-FACET in the rest rooms. We had to carry a mug with us.

Nice hotel close to the bus line into Manhattan We picked this hotel of the web and spent one night there. It was decent, Very close to the bus line into the city which dropped us off right next to Times square. A little old and could use some updates. Very friendly desk staff and helpful with answers to questions we had.

Carrol M The bed was very comfortable and the maids were wonderful and helpful but beyond that the hotel was average at best. The hotel staff misrepresented their policy on heat, as we were cold all night in our 70 degree room (originating from PHX and we haven't seen 70 degrees in 8 months.) The staff told us to put socks on before we went to bed. The bathtub had black mold, which could be taken care if with bleach, but the cleaning ladies probably just have rags. You can tell that monies are not put back into all-around maintenance.

Very happy with my room. Our room was clean! The sheets and towels were clean, the bathroom was clean that's a plus. The view was excellent , we could see the NY sky line. The parking was free that was a plus. The hotel has a bar and restaurant. Only thing that was wrong was the cracked tint on the windows. My family and I were very happy.

Overall very good hotel We stayed at the Empire Meadowlands hotel for 4 nights. We were a little worried by others reviews. The lobby is very well done. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed in a king room on the 7th floor. There is a bus stop not even a 5 minute walk from the hotel that takes you right into new york city for $3.50 a person and it's only a 20 minute bus ride. If your staying here to see nyc it's everything you need without paying the price to stay in NYC. The rooms are a little out dated but very clean. When we stayed they were renovating the 10th-14th floors so I'm sure soon enough it will be an even better hotel.
