COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER PRO- lots of ample parking -delicious Mexican restaurant right next door CONS- -find new check in people- so unfriendly and NO SMILES. That's your front line. I felt like we were on a burden on them both checkin in and checking out. No HELLO, WELCOME...nothing ... -dirty and stained sheets really disgusted me -dirty small hand towel -very dirty white comforter all bundled up in the closet -dirty walk ways -thin walls and noisy place Place is very out dated and old. But cleaning should be easy. Scrub your walkways and stair wells. Guests should Ask for a room in the back second floor... My recommendation is go 10 minutes down the road to Burlington and you will have many more decent options.

Rooms unsatisfactory We spent the night here. Room was in bad condition. Towles wash cloths dirty. Hair in the sink and on toilet rim. Over paid for a room that in its condition should of been maybe 50 dollars a night. Instead I paid 123 dollars pr night. Will not return.

Dirty and poorly maintained My bathtub was dirty, had stains and hair, disgusting!. It was not usable, so the front desk person (I think her name was Maria) cleaned it because the cleaning staff had already left. She assured me she would have it cleaned properly by the cleaning staff next day. Washbasin was not too clean either. Comes next day and I come back in the evening tired to find out no-one had even touched it, it was the same as previous day after Maria had cleaned it. All I liked about this place is the Mexican restaurant next door, I liked the food there.

HARD PASS This place is very rundown and unclean. The furniture in the room is mismatched and damaged. The ceiling light is very dim and oddly placed so it doesn't actually light the room just the entry. There is no secondary safety latch for the door which opens to the outside world. Not very safe especially for women traveling alone. My room had a interior door connected to another room with just one basic lock, again no safety latch. This felt very unsafe to me because I have no idea who is in that connecting room. The plumbing is very loud and slow making a disturbing squealing sound after use. I won't be staying here again.

Very disappointing Website and frontage sign advertise Pool but despite it being hot(89) it was closed, no breakfast, no tea, TV didn't work and no ice at all! Poorly staffed, towels were skimpy and stained. Was a good hotel once but not recommended now. OK in a pinch
