Better than most QI's A better than average Quality Inn. Entry doors to the rooms are inside the hallway, not directly to the outside, which is a good thing! Staff was polite. Price was right compared to other motels in the area. I appreciate it when the breakfast cleanup folks ask if anyone wants anything at the end, instead of just cleaning up and removing everything with one minute to go. No complaints.

Typical older Quality Inn. Friendly staff. Good Quality Inn. Friendly staff. Gave us 1st floor room to help us. Didn’t charge for a rollaway we needed. Old bathroom. Older room. Typical Quality Inn hot breakfast. Meat patties and mini egg patties. The staff was friendly and replenished everything in a timely manner. The breakfast room had different types of tea. Earl Grey included. :) We saw a sign for a pool. Didn’t check it out. Don’t know if it was open.

Older but Nicely Updated Hotel Very clean room, nice staff. I really can’t think of anything negative to write except the windows are old and sound came through very clearly. Had a decent yet typical breakfast. Breakfast area was stocked and clean. I stay at a lot of hotels and I would definitely stay at this one again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY HAVE BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY HAVE BED BUGS! My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel on Thanksgiving with our two children, 7 years old and 3 months. My 7 year old and I (sleeping in the same bed) woke up in the middle of the night with itchy bites on our bodies. We pulled the sheets back and in doing so found a live adult bed bug. So at 1:30 in the morning on Thanksgiving, we had to pack all of our things into trash bags to quarantine them and move a very anxious 7 year old and our sleeping baby to another hotel next door. What a nightmare! We were told we would hear from the manager, but we had to follow up ourselves 4 days later to try to get a refund. They agreed to refund the Quality Inn stay but refused to refund the much more expensive hotel next door, even though it is the same owners and we only had to move to the other hotel because of the bed bugs!

Not as advertised- OVER priced! Reeks of ciggie! I booked with Choice, and the first thing I noticed as started walking down the corridor to my room on the first floor was PROFUSE STENCH of cigarette. STUNK up at least 1/2 the hallway. I paid 125 for REEK?? I called Choice and they will be dealing with this in the morning. Disgusting. Whoever runs this place DOESNT CARE AT ALL for the well being of the patrons. Second hand smoke is DANGEROUS.
