Good people and budget stay Rooms are clean and good, bed are new and comfortable bed, i asked front desk men to change room from 3 rd floor to ground floor and its on Friday 23rd n8 hotel is almost full but he make some arrangements and changed to ground floor. Towels are good in restroom and everything is updated. And i also mention the HOT breakfast , it was too good and i never seen a hotel who serve local Ham meat and in additional they have Potato fries

Was looking for a comfortable one-night stay durng a road trip. Very quiet room, 1st floor; bed very comfortable; room very clean; A/C worked great; simple check-in process. Unfortunately the b'fast experience was very lacking & detracted from the overall experience. The young man responsible seemed totally overwhelmed and unable to keep the hot dishes filled; always complaining; and it was only 7:30am. Mgmt needs to re-evaluate his abilities.

Not as good as it should have been It all started with a phone call. We needed to change our reservation and couldn’t get through. The phone was busy…busy…busy for hours. We tried again in the morning and it was still busy! The number I found for the chain wasn’t helpful. It kept hanging up on us. I finally called a different Quality Inn to see if i could get a different phone number. I was given a National hotline number that worked. They were very helpful and I finally got through. When we arrived at the motel, the desk clerk had problems with our reservation. She had me run my card and then she took it along with my driver’s license and fiddled with the computer for a longer than usual while. I asked if there was a problem and she simply stated, “Yes.” No explanation. I noticed this morning that there were two charges on my card. Hopefully, one will drop off? __ The rooms are very clean and comfortable, but the breakfast was lacking. All that was offered were waffles, cold cereal, yogurt and crappy coffee. No kidding. Nothing else. No bread, pastries, fruit or hard boiled eggs which are hotel staples.

Choice Privileges I have been with choice hotels for over 10 years. I am retired military and stayed many nights in there hotel. I am a member of there choice privileges club. I had over 25,000 points still with them. I looked to book a room and my points were gone. They never sent me any emails saying I had to use my account or lose the points. There are many ways I could have used them besides booking a room I was told by them today. I never received anything stating that. I had booked rooms a few times within the last year but canceled because of covid. So now I am put the points I had left. They won't help they say it's my fault. So I will never stay in there hotels again. Please if you are a member make sure you read about losing points.

OK Overnight My wife and I stayed overnight at this Quality Inn. Room was clean and bed was good. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Gravy was cold and coffee was terrible. Eggs were from a package and had no taste.
