Don’t waste your money One of the worst hotel management, never have anyone at the check in counter for any guest service , waited 3 hours from mid night -3 am to have someone check In. Dead roaches inside bathroom mirror , room key has to reset everyday . Try to contact the manager for concern , never even get a call. Employee does not provide friendly service and being very rude for being 3 hours absent from work ,it doesn’t matter as diamond member , they don’t care to provide any service . The outdoor pool is flirty , can’t swim in it . Don’t waste your money there , wyhdam standard is far far below in that hotel .

Don’t stay here! Roaches! There was trash piled up in the hallways, to include large roaches. Bedroom wall was split, looked like someone ran a chainsaw through the wall. Bathroom tub was dirty, remote to tv didn’t work. Water pressure low and the smallest sample sized soap in history. One squeeze and we didn’t have any more soap therefore we went to store to buy our own. Lobby smelled of smoke and hallways had a weird mildewey smell. Will never stay here again. Disgusting!

Cockroach found in bed and management has done nothing and has not returned my emails or numerous phone calls Cockroach found in bed and manager hasn’t returned my emails or phone calls, took pictures, killed bug and brought it to front desk they did nothing

Wonderful stay What a great hotel for the price! The room was pretty and clean. The bed was super duper comfortable. The front desk was friendly. It was located by many restaurants. I liked the free breakfast. I cant figure out the negative reviews. I definitely recommend.
