Dollywood Trip The room was very clean. Plenty of hot water for showers. Loved this. Was like being at home. Didn't want to leave the shower honestly. The hotel is close to everything. Friendly customer service. My second year staying here. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

2 Night Stay in Sevierville Great place to stay, fair pricing , but free breakfast is not much to choose from. The room was great. Plenty of parking. They also have hotels in Pigeon Forge. Checkin was fast, convenient, the room I had was a suite so I had a stove, microwave, desk, and couch, television was a good size

Our stay Could have been a little cleaner. Doors had dust all over them and the tub had hair left, the sink had hair clogging it. Breakfast was nothing to brag about, a few eggs, waffle, toast and cereal. Heating unit was very loud all night. Other guests were very noisy until 1am.

Repeat Customer Satisfied Again I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always had a positive experience. This time was no different. Had a little hiccup, but the problem was solved quickly. Rooms are a little dated, but are always clean, which is what I appreciate most. Great location. Great price. Beds are comfortable. Fire place is our room was amazing. Spacious room. Bathroom could be a little larger, as toilet sits basically right on top of the bathroom door. I will stay here again in the future. Definitely worth a look, for a reasonably priced, clean destination for a getaway.

THIS ISNT A BRAND ITS AN INDIAN MOTEL NOT HOTEL . 1st OFF THIS IS NOT A BRAND HOTEL IT WAS SOLD TO INDIANS & NIGERIA. IF U LIKE ROACHES THIS IS UR PLACE! HAD TO BUY 4 CANS TO KILL 100 OF THEM. I had amputated leg on crutches asked for disability room mainly for shower. I ended up in 1st rm completely tore up beds un made. Had to give another room. Now they actually have no disability rooms. I fell 1st night trying to bring bag on crutches up a 12 inch curb. No rails anywhere. It's painted concert so u don't no if it's wet. As soon as I stepped up I fell. Not one person offered to help instead she brings key down to move rooms & watches as I have to crawl on concert & push bag. While she sat in doorway. Then there a wk couldn't take shower tub stops up 5 inches & no shower chair. Ask everyday oh we only have one. U can't get in tub w 1 leg & pray u dont fall w 4in water. If that's not bk enough guys puked from upstairs all over 4 cars below. I call desk cause I can't get by & can't jump down 12 inches her answer i can't leave desk. It snowed couldn't leave room . Phones don't work. IWOULD RUN IF U SEE THIS PLACE. THERE ARE NOT RAMPS FOR WHEELCHAIR. RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS PLACE! OH FORGOT THAT BANG ON DOOR AT 8, 11, 3 EVEN IF U PUT DO NOT DISTURB & IF U DONT ANSWER OWNER WILL YELL & BANG FOR 10 MINS. I WAS IN SHOWER! EVERYDAY!
