Absolutely LOVE this resort. Will be a repeat customer!! My family and I absolutely LOVED this resort. It is convenient and clean. The indoor waterpark was great fun for myself, my children (preteen and toddler), and my parents. There is an arcade and fun events for children also. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a great atmosphere all together. Will be a loyal customer.

Awesome family spot We love resort at governors crossing!! Rooms are clean great area and a great stay. Staff is great only bad part the slide at water park was closed when we went down to the pool area

Exceptional Overall our stay for our “work-cation” was excellent. The facility was very well kept and clean. The room was just as described. The staff was very friendly and made me and my working/service dog feel very welcome.

Wonderful Experience at The Resort at Governor's Crossing, We Will Be Back. We wanted a place to take the grandkids during the cold months so that they would be able to swim and enjoy the water. The Resort at the Governor's Crossing checked off all of our boxes. From making reservations, to check-in, to the facility, to the staff, it was truly a great experience. The rooms had everything we needed and were super clean, but the best part of the stay was the staff. every staff member we came in contact with wanted to know if we were enjoying our stay and if they could do anything for us. As we waited on an elevator we met Michelle that works in guest services. She told us what she did to fill in where she was needed but really seemed to enjoy her job. What a pleasure to talk to someone that enjoyed what they do at work.
