this is NOT a resort This was the worst experience I have ever had during a vacation. Because they are short staffed there were almost no activities and the ones they did have were for a 2yr old and boring. the times to everything was different from online and what's posted. the water slides are only open if they have someone available to watch them. The rooms were not clean, everything was broken or mal functioning. There are no vacuums but there's carpet which makes no sense at all! the furniture is so old it hurts to even sit on it, and to top all off that off my mom 68years old fell do to a chipped tile in the hall which my family reported 3 times and now I'm having my lawyer look into everything because management was terrible and never called us back. I will never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone

Great mini vacation with Grandson My wife and I took our grandson on a mini vacation to Pigeon Forge and we stayed at The Resort at Governor’s Crossing we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend anyone planning a trip to Pigeon Forge to stay here. It is in a ideal location that makes it easy to get around to all the attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge.

Limited water park Room was really nice . Location was also great . If you are going to use the water park there be aware that not all areas are open due to staffing and they will tell you to check the schedule . The schedule lists only pool , lazy River and splash pad . No big slides only Sun and Monday
