10⭐ We came for a quick little getaway, two nights stay from Ohio. The water park was amazing. Kept our 9year old and 14 year old busy. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. Every single staff member that we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back to this resort.

fun in the sun My child and friend really enjoyed it here. I loved the amenities. Kit at the front desk even let me borrow a wheel chair for my son who got hurt at the trampoline park.

Fantastic vacation resort for children of all ages! Ie adults can go on the water slides!!! This place is awesome! Everywhere we went the other guests were happy to tell us all about the resort and how many times they'd been there! Beds were very comfortable and amenities ample. Hours of the many activity areas are clearly marked on a map given at check-in and the staff could not have been more helpful! Steve in particular helped us several times with questions or finding us things we forgot or needed, even bringing us an extra chair! They heat the pools to at least 80F but that still seemed a little cold to us but we got used to it ;) The large outdoor water slide is only open on weekends after Labor Day but the inside slides were a lot of fun. The bands that double as activity access and room keys are so cool, carefree access for every member of your party. Thrilled to have indoor and outdoor hottubs - will always stay there in Sevierville!!!

this is NOT a resort This was the worst experience I have ever had during a vacation. Because they are short staffed there were almost no activities and the ones they did have were for a 2yr old and boring. the times to everything was different from online and what's posted. the water slides are only open if they have someone available to watch them. The rooms were not clean, everything was broken or mal functioning. There are no vacuums but there's carpet which makes no sense at all! the furniture is so old it hurts to even sit on it, and to top all off that off my mom 68years old fell do to a chipped tile in the hall which my family reported 3 times and now I'm having my lawyer look into everything because management was terrible and never called us back. I will never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone
