Great stay! Clean & good value! We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly - even when just passing in the hall. Our room was clean & spacious. We enjoyed having the kitchen area to save on dining out. We had plenty of towels and the beds (even the sleeper sofa) were comfortable. The indoor and outdoor pool areas are wonderful. The only suggestion I would make is to update the mini-golf area and maintain the arcade a little better. Most of the games were not working. Overall, though, we would definitely return!

Not a good place The rooms were dirty. The pools are not heated. They don’t have enough attendants to keep the water slides open. Our views in building three are to a rock quarry where the trucks start running around 6:00 am. Bad experience

Poor experience, unsafe swimming indoors This was a let down for us. Unfortunately, they decided to shut down the outdoor slides with the exception of Sat and Sun. This was not disclosed even though I specifically asked when booking. Management said this was changed a week prior to our arrival. So we paid for things we didn’t get. In addition our eyes and chest were burning from the chemicals in the indoor pool. Staff did check chemicals but lied about the levels in them. They should have been below 3 but were at a 5 and 10 in two of the indoor pools. I only know because I requested the report from their inspection from the safety rep that happened to visit while we were there. I wanted to be sure it was safe for my children. THE MANAGER was the one fabricating the chemical levels. Oh and don’t count on the putt putt, it’s all torn up and impossible to putt on. Positives: great rooms, great location, hard working maintenance workers

Deceptive advertising Be careful of your booking. We are at the Resort currently and the pool slides are closed because it’s during the week. The slides are “attractions” according to the manager. The schedule changed on 1 August per the manager. When I booked this 2 months ago there was no mention of the schedule change. Talking with the life guard he stated this just happened last week. You can much better pools elsewhere in Pigeon Forge, for mush less money. If you’re booking for the water park beware.

Bad Business Practices I reserved a room on their website. I have two confirmations that state the room sleeps 10. I'm now being told it sleeps 8 and I need to pay another $600.00 to get the correct room. Apparently, the listing saying sleeps 10 means nothing because they tell me it isn't their fault.
