Great place with lots of amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Very nice, quiet, modern, and comfortable hotel. Wonderful breakfast - served on time. Extremely clean . Front desk, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Close the dining and groceries and that’s always a plus when we are traveling.

Just a barely average stay. We stayed at this Hampton for 2 nights. Our room appeared clean but upon further inspection I don’t feel it had been vacuumed between customer visits as there was hair on the carpet. Rooms were not serviced every day. You must ask. I personally think it is high time hotels return to the standard of daily servicing rooms. Stop using COVID as an excuse. We picked up our own fresh towels at the desk and just piled up the dirty ones. Our air conditioning unit stuck on 60 during the second night. We could not adjust it so we about froze and had to turn it off all together. Just an average hotel, not exceptional. The breakfast was not up to par for most Hamptons. The milk was not refrigerated and was room temperature. The orange just was awful and tasted ruined both mornings. The coffee was so strong you could not drink it. I asked for French Vanilla creamer, (almost all Hampton Inns offer it) it was hidden out of sight and only given to those who request it. I was informed by the staff they were told to hide it. Next time we visit Seymour we will try one of the other hotels in the circle.

Buyer BEWARE - Scamming softball moms I have to base the review on what I paid for this room. And I paid $950 to stay there for 2 nights with my family. Here is the story: I was scrolling my phone for hotel rooms for my daughter's upcoming softball tournament in Seymour, Indiana. I clicked on the top link in Google - GUEST RESERVATIONS- and mistook it for the actual hotel site. The room rates offered were high, but comparable with other places in the area so I booked the room. I immediately noticed that a large additional fee was added to my payment without my consent. So my quick reaction was to click to cancel the charge ASAP. It worked! I had canceled the $550 charge. I went to the actual Hilton site and rebooked. The new charge to stay in the same hotel the same days was $429, booked directly through Hilton. After realizing the refund had not come through I reached out to the GUEST RESERVATIONS company that I went through - and was told that HILTON/HAMPTON INN refused the refund and therefore I can not get the refund. I contacted HILTON/HAMPTON INN and was told that they did issue a refund for my cancelation - so now GUEST RESERVATIONS just scammed me out of -- not only the unapproved fee -- but the full cost of my stay. I took that info to Guest Reservations and they promised a refund , but then later changed their minds. Not sure how this is legal, but I think it is awful that companies take advantage of consumers in this way and allow them to cancel without being made aware that they will still have to pay for a room they now can't have - the rates were already pretty high to stay in small town Indiana but to pay $950 to stay here is ridiculous and I expect that Hilton would do something to protect regular people from being majorly scammed.

Unauthorized charge to my credit card Everything was good until I received my credit card bill. Without my knowledge or permission a pet fee was charged. I did have a pet and filled out the paperwork as directed. There was no mention of a fee being added. If that would have been the case I would have stayed at another hotel that does not charge the fee. This is the first time a Hampton has charged a pet fee...really surprised by that! If it were not for this unauthorized charge this would have been rated 5 rather than 1

We loved our stay, it was warm and friendly We loved the location We were treated in an excellent status. Our room was great with a good view of the outside. We will stay again on our way back through. We were to tired to use the fitness room this time but everything looked great. The pool looked great and we will use it next time,
