Blamed for not complaining enough. Unprofessional front desk Gabby blamed my family for noise that we complained about and secretly tried to charge us for it without any notification. Even though she personally checked me out with smile thanking me for staying. We are in the state for my son’s baseball tournament. All 4 days we were out of the hotel no later than 8am and not back until 830 for bed. We showered and went to bed everyday. (90% of our team stayed in another hotel so we went to them to hangout and play). My advise is to complain from the beginning because I never did and got the shaft. My 7 year old picked up a Dirty tampon applicator on floor next to the bed that has no underneath, I said nothing. Zero notification there was no pool, didn’t complain. My dirty bathroom, didn’t complain. The constant noise from neighbors, I complained ONLY after it was blamed on me. Gabby claimed she confirmed it was our room because she went in the room under us and heard noise. Never came to my room when I complained to hear it wasn’t my room. Never actually physically went to the neighbors room to tell them to be quiet. Quiet time is 10pm-8am, but at 845 she’s calling my room to tell me to be quiet, we had been in the room 12 minutes by then. However, I had another from desk lady tell me she knew it wasn’t my room and that room 104 complained and she notified them it was not my room (220) but the room next to me 222. They allowed their children to run up and down the halls, yell, jump, slam doors and more. I’m not the type of person to complain when I’m in a communal area, but I wish I did.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DO NOT stay here. I also have a video of a (bed) bug crawling under the mattress. We left immediately and they had the nerve to suggest we “brought bugs in a vile” and planted them there. We said what about the shi&-#* stains on the mattress?!?!?! It’s repulsive and that is putting it politely. We’re at a Marriott now for 1/2 the price (they charged us $1100 for 3 nights bc of the Army Navy game).

Overnight stay Overall a pleasant stay. Complementary breakfast was satisfactory with ample supply of scrambled eggs, bacon (which I don't eat but others were scoffing up!), and home fries, along with yogurts, pastries and juices. Coffee pf course!!

Not the best Western I'd be unlikely to recommend this location to anyone. Hotel is well located off the interstate, but in great need of updates. Musty air in the bedroom wasn't welcome. Will be looking for a different hotel next time I'm in the area.
