A great Hampton Inn! We had a lovely stay at this Hampton Inn… I was traveling with two of my sisters, and we were able to get a King room with a sleeper sofa that accommodated us, and allow for a great family visit. The staff was so friendly, starting with the front desk check-in girl and we were greeted as we saw employees throughout the hotel. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a lot of options. They were two restaurants in the parking lot so we were able to walk over to Jose Peppers for dinner and again for cocktail after our family event. We would definitely stay here again.

Basic Hampton This hotel is odd to start based on its location, it is in the parking lot of a strip mall. I have stayed here numerous times, but I have found another location for my stays while in the area. Overall, the hotel is very basic, dark and musty. I cannot say there is something that makes me give it a poor rating but defiantly nothing going for it to give it anything better.

Great stay, great location Hampton Inns are my go-to when we travel. This hotel met all my expectations. Super close to our venue with much to offer in the area. The location was just off the highway, making it perfect for us to go to and from most any KC location.

Good stay. After seeing some previous reviews about cleanliness, I was a little nervous when we checked in, but was very impressed with what we found. Our room was spotless. The pull-out bed was clean, and even had clean sheets ready to be put on. Our only complaints barely qualify as complaints. Breakfast wasn’t quite what we had come to expect from a Hampton. The pre-packaged Western Omlette was fine, and the maple smoked sausage was a pleasant surprise. Everything else was average…nothing great, but nothing bad. Another selfish complaint…as an Hilton Honors member, usually we get a couple bottles of water when we check in. All we got here was a little slip of paper telling us how many points we have. Sounds conceited, I know, but it’s the little things! Also, the building is beginning to show its age, and is due for an upgrade.

very dated hotel! This hotel is 25 years old and I think most of the fixtures, furniture, carpet etc. is almost as old. Very dated. The TV is big screen that offers a lot of choices but controller doesn't offer a "menu" button! You have to open each channel to see what is playing. I asked that my room be cleaned the next morning and was told that their policy was to offer room service every 4th day. I repeated my request and was told that it would be taken care of. Of course it wasn't! There morning breakfast is weak at best. This place isn't the Hampton's that I've stayed at in the past. Better choices in the area.
