Nice HI, Next to Cracker Barrel and IHOP. Some Traffic Noise This Hampton Inn is sandwiched between an IHOP and Cracker Barrel, which is convenient. It's as nice as any HI I've stayed at. I picked a room with only one queen bed, and it was very nice. I will say that I had a room closer to I-40, and I could hear the traffic. The AC fan mostly took care of that, and I slept fine. Getting a room further away from the highway might help. I'll stay there again on my next trip on I-40.

Nice motel This motel is in a Good location, it’s clean, and there are close restaurants. The friendly staff is a plus, and it allows pets. I like the fact that’s it’s away from the traffic and congestion of OKC, and it’s right off the interstate. I will stay here again.

construction & cleanliness concerns I was very disappointed in the lack of communication with the hotel in reference to ongoing construction at the hotel. There was no communication listed on the website about the construction nor was the hotel discounted for the disruption in reference. On another note, I was disappointed in the cleanliness standards. My room had a musty odor and bad smell. I requested another room but unfortunately no other rooms were available for transfer.

Roaches everywhere! It took me a little bit to write this as I never give bad reviews, but with the extensive issues we had I felt it only necessary as this wasn’t just a “bad incident”… I literally had to wash all of our stuff and de-roach it! We will NEVER stay here or any Hampton Inn EVER again! I picked this place and we stayed here in September 2023 because it was the most expensive in the area and seemed to have good reviews. The staff was friendly but the rooms not so much… we arrived very late around 12:30am and the room appeared to be “ok”, except for the strong odor of cigarettes to which I called down to the front desk and they provided us with air freshener as they said there weren’t any rooms left! My son and I were more tired than anything and just wanted to go to sleep after a long day in the car coming from my in-laws house in Texas. We stayed in room 207 and when I woke up in the morning I noticed something crawling on the comforter of the other bed and towards my sons head. It was a large roach and I smashed it in between the comforter. At this point I was already disgusted and it only became worse from there. I started noticing baby roaches everywhere… on the trash can lining (that had no trash in it), on the nightstand, on the tv stand. I was appalled and went and grabbed the housekeeper who was in as much disbelief as I was. I then hear the phone ringing and answered it and it was the front desk apologizing as the housekeeper had called down to them. While speaking with the front desk a roach crawled onto my arm! I immediately lost it! Waking up to a roach infested room is still giving me nightmares! I can honestly say I’ve never had to deal with this at a hotel before. I did notice some additional things and let’s just say their cleaning is less than par and it seems after further inspection they need major maintenance as there was mold on the ceiling and the caulking was black around the tub in areas and cracking of the grout.

Quality stay! Clean hotel. Superb front desk service. Pet friendly. Good proximity to dining and shopping. Could use a courtyard or outside sitting area if possible. Overall a good value for the money paid while on travel. I was surprised that there was any vacancy when we arrived....
