Way below holiday inn standards. They are remodeling now, but charge $175 per night for this outdated bldg is a little much. Floors were dirty, no ice machine except on 3rd floor, carpet was worn out etc. Room had no hand soap for sink, only one towel for 2 people and the shower soap was completely empty. Told clerk about no hand soap. He replied that they do not put out hand soap so use the shower soap. Told him that was out also. He could not find anymore. Did find the bed very comfortable. And the breakfast attendant did an outstanding job of helping us.

In Pleasant stay . Also , No survey was email . Nasty rooms Front desk representative was rude and non communicative. Gave a us undesirable room. We have requested top level on our account, never acknowledge our status nor welcome us. She did the same with others customers too. Believe she had issues at home , for sure she was happy. Afternoon arrived at 3 pm

THANK YOU, CASEY AND YOUR AMAZING CREW (AND FOR THE POPCORN, TOO)...!!! No surprise this is the No. 1 hotel in town. It deserves such a lofty rating -- and not just because there is freshly-popped hot popcorn in the lobby. It's a smoothly-run operation, as you can tell from the little signs on the luggage carts strongly suggesting you not keep one of the 2 carts stowed away in your room because it has a beeping device that encourages you to "get this back to the lobby for other people to use." Fitness room has free weights, breakfast is a feast with the usual morning fare along with individual 2% milk cartons, Chobani yogurt, toasts/bagels, fresh bananas and self-serve coffee that's available well before the 6 a.m. breakfast call. A very good show indeed. Thank you, GM Casey. Keep up the No. 1 work!

Would Stay There Again This was my first time staying there and it probably won’t be the last. PROS: Clean/Convenient/Indoor Heated Pool/Nice Staff CONS: Hard bed/No freezer section in refrigerator/Slow Elevator Side note: The first night there was a storm and the hotel lost electricity for about 1 1/2 hours. It was bearable. When we checked out we asked if we could get some type of compensation since the electricity was off (it did get warm in the room). Jackie, the lady at the counter said she would put some back on our card. We were satisfied and will stay again.

Smelly Every upholstered piece of furniture was stained, and every hard piece of furniture had a ding or stubborn residue or a crack, and the room was reeked of cigarettes. I asked about switching to another room, but was told there weren’t any available. There were rooms available to book online, but I guess those were being overbooked? The AC appeared not to have been running in the external corridor as well, which was in the 80s. For what it’s worth, there was no trash or detritus left in the room or anything like that Housekeeping had done their job. The room was just so dingy and smelly and old. I intend never to come back.
