Embarrassing and Disappointing. Ruined my son Special Day! Was referred to this hotel by family in July when i was looking for A place to Celebrate My daughter 7th Birthday Had About 5 Kids between Daycare and soccer join us for our bday party Along with Few Family members who stopped by just to swim play games and have cake and food Everything overall went very well No issues what’s so ever And only one adult myself and 3Childrem Stayed for the Night. My Sister who stoped by just to see pool and say happy birthday really was amused and happy with the room, pool and hotel atmosphere over all decided she wanted to give my nephew A nice fun Birthday to remember and when she checked in here She was told the policy changed and they had a new wristband you must have to enter pool and they were only supplied with four wristbands for her room and if she wanted to have party guest swim she must purchase additional wristbands for 10each which we accepted was a new rule and were going to follow and respect until we had our few guests arrive and be denied wristbands because we had already used our four for our own children and all of a sudden the rules changed and now we weren’t allowed to purchase any extras and only allowed the ones we were supplied… I now feel very uncomfortable my sons feeling are hurt and his birthday is ruined i chose this location to give my child A day to remember and now we are checking out early because are friends and family are not allowed to join us for our swim party we planned to celebrate my 6year old nephew and everyone is very uncomfortable and we feel picked on and profiled. VERY SAD AND WRONG! will not be ever returning to this establishment after the embarrassment and disappointment I faced this day!

Great pool and hotel, and FELICIA is AWESOME! Excellent pool in a lovely hotel. It was clean, front desk was amazing & speedy, but the real gem here was Felicia who moved quickly to open the pool and water slide so my children could get in and play before it closed after a long drive. We truly appreciated her effort to accommodate us!

Kind of a hidden gem of a place This was an excellent stay all-around. Alexia was so friendly and accommodating when we checked in. We loved our room! So spacious! The hotel was really clean and quiet and the breakfast was great! Sometimes I’m not sure what to expect on a Tuesday morning, but wow! ALL the stuff! The pool/slide/hot tub were a blast! We were even in there for over an hour by ourselves. I love that this hotel doesn’t have tons of shopping and whatnot right next to it. I think this is our third stay here and every time it’s great! PS-definitely try the Red Ginger next door!

Filthy Hotel! This hotel was truly dirty! I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and just thought the high traffic lobby was difficult to keep clean due to the winter weather but the room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Clearly a pet was previously in that room as there were black hairs all over the bedding. (Not just a few, it was covered!) The floor had large crumbs on it and needed a solid vacuum. The room also smelled like dirty gym socks. In addition to the lack of cleanliness the QQ room was quite small. The bathroom was tiny. (It had one sink, a small amount of counter space and you could barely open the door without it hitting the counter or toilet.) The only reason I gave it the stars I did was that the room was quiet, dark and they have a 12:00 check out. Regardless, we will NOT stay here again and I would NOT recommend due to the lack of cleanliness.

Great place to stay! We love this place! Quiet. We were greeted with 2 bottles of water and free snacks from their side store. Complimentary cookies, bicycles, hot breakfast (self-made waffles, sausage patties/English muffin/round egg today) with usual cereal, oatmeal packets, yogurt, apples and oranges. We like the spacious suite but the room inside the bathroom was cramped. You have to get up from the toilet to let someone in. But everything here is super clean. Staff is delightful. Didn’t get to use the pool/pool slide or minimalist gym but grateful it is available.
