Weekend visit Our trip in to Shreveport to see family for the weekend was made even better by the great accommodations and friendly staff. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was central to everything we needed.

Do not stay Hotel was dirty and mold in the shower, our first room the ac was extremely loud and the second room had mold in the shower and stained bed spread, the shower curtain was missing and the towels were coming apart. Have always stayed at holiday inn express but not anymore, can’t trust the quality

Nightmare!_ Yelling,screaming, bodies lying in the hall, definitely a memorial experience! Nothing was done to correct this situation! We were afraid to stay and afraid to try to leave. I would NEVER stay in this hotel, ever again!

Beautiful Facility Beautiful facility, but bad choice of weekend to stay. People of the hall were very inconsiderate, running up and down all night, screaming, yelling, etc. We finally got to sleep and the phone woke us up at 3am to tell US to "keep it down!" Unbelievable!!! They woke us up and we had nothing to do with the problem! Holiday Inn Express is one of our favorite hotels to use, but this one was overpriced and rude to us.

Overnight Excellent room and staff especially the young man that checked me in. Very personable and eager to help with my request. Room was very clean and comfortable. They offer special rates for those coming to stay for medical appointment
